I stayed at Imperial Gardens for a quick business trip in August (2 nights).
i arrived early (around 10:00) and while that was hours before my checkin (2pm), the girls at the front took care of my suitcase and sent me on my way.
the stay was brilliant for a business trip.
the ladies forgot to give me a internet token but i had 4G so i was ok.
The room was small, clean and had a table ideal for working with a view of the park and the lovely young students frolicking about. 
across the way was a pub that all the students go to after classes. however there was no noise from the pub as the rooms are very soundproofed.
the facilities include a gym and a swimming pool (indoor) which was just what i was looking for in the morning before my meeting
the breakfast was overcrowded (waiting times over an hour to get in the hall) so we skipped it and went down the road to a bakery (there are a lot of selections nearby

all in all a lovely experience.

A review of a business trip

VERY close of maine London attractions, like Kensington Palace AND Kensigton Garden, Albert AND Victoria Museum, Science Museum, Natural History  Museum. 
Closet from Central London, and from Harrod' 
No facilities like TV AND 
POSIBILITY TO EAT LUNCH AND DINNER In CAMPUS, WITH VERY GOOD PRICES.

A VERY STRATEGIC PLACE TO STAY

The price is very good for the location! I just loved Evelyn Gardens.
Bars, restaurants, buses and subway station really near to the hostel.
Also you can go to the Hyde Park, to The Royal Albert Hall and the Natural History Museum on foot! 
Nice, clean and warm bedrooms, shared bathrooms are very clean as well.
Considering that everything is so expensive in London, this place was really great! Not expensive and well located. The staff was friendly and helpful.
There is no breakfast included but that`s ok. I would definitely recommend it!

Great location and price

Pros:
- Room was very clean. The bed was comfortable and the shared showers and toilets were kept clean and tidy all the time.  
- There are a few supermarkets (Tesco, Sainsbury, Marks & Spencer) nearby, making emergency/last minute purchases convenient. 
- 10 minutes away from Gloucester Road tube station. This makes journeying to central London easy and convenient. 
- Lots of restaurants, pubs and takeaways nearby, so finding food shouldn't be any problem at all.

Cons: 
- Facilities are very basic. Bring along your own clothes hanger, laundry detergent and cutlery if you need such things. 
- The room can get pretty warm even thought it's 12-17 degree Celsius outside. Windows are restrained and cannot be fully opened (to comply with local regulations). However, fans are available on request. 
- Water is not provided. There is however, a water dispenser near the pool table but it dispense only cold water.

Relatively cheap accommodation in a safe, green and post part of London with good transport link.

Pros:
* Perfect location, high-end Royal Borough of Chelsea, so expect to see fancy cars (Ferrari, Lamborghini, high end Benz, maybach etc.) , and top-notch, old residential complexes, architectures around
* Cheap!
* Decent place to crash in the night after sightseeing the wholeday.
* Good locality, so very safe -especially a common concern for non-locals, (despite being London ;) :P) 
* Very close to Imperial college, Natural History Museum etc. landmarks

Cons:
* Showers, toilets etc. are shared.
* No drinking water (and they advise not to drink from water taps)
* They don't give you toothpaste in the package (you are given towels, soap, and a shampoo).
* Old building, so no elevator. You might want to get lower floors if you have knee problems etc.
