We booked this so called apartment in January for weekend. They arrived at complex to tell us there was an issue and tried to get us to stay at a filthy dump off edgeware road. Only for two fab London cabbies Ryan and Sean.. our trip would have been ruined. They should not be allowed to advertise on any website anymore.. do something trip adviser!!

THIS IS A SCAM!!!!

One star is too many, would give zero if I could. Please do not waste your money on this apartment. We (me, wife, 4 year old, 2 year old) booked to stay 06/03 for one night as a stopover before Disneyland Paris. 

We informed them when we booked that we would arrive around 3pm. 

When we arrived to the apartment we rang the bell - no answer. 

So we rang the telephone number on the booking - no answer.

We rang a couple more numbers off the internet - no answer.

We rang Booking.com (as this is who we booked with) who tried calling - they got no answer. 

Booking.com then informed us that we had to wait half an hour before they could cancel the booking - this is after we have been sat outside for over half an hour already.

So the 4 of us are sat in the street waiting for Booking.com to get back to us. In the meantime, a couple staying in the apartments come out and tell us the same happened to them yesterday, and gave us a different number to call. Wife calls the new number and someone answers at last. She says someone should be there. We tell her no one is around. She says she will come down in ten minutes and let us in. 

After fifteen minutes, still no one around. Wife rings back - woman says someone is coming. Wait another ten minutes, nobody turns up, wife rings back. By this time the four of us have been sat in the street for about an hour and a half. 

This time nobody even answers the phone. Try a couple more times and it rings out. We ring Booking.com back and they can’t get in touch either. They agree to cancel and I tell them I’m going to book into a Travelodge - they agree to pay the difference.

Never heard from the apartment again that day, but checked my bank account in the evening and they had taken the money for the apartment. 

So I had to pay for both the apartment and a Travelodge, and Booking.com inform me that the refund could take up to ten working days. Booking.com can only refund us the difference between the apartment cost and the Travelodge cost - the apartment has to refund us the original cost. Not holding my breath on getting that back.

This ruined our trip as by the time we got into a Travelodge the London eye and the museum were closed, so we went to McDonald’s then went to bed. 

Absolute scammers, don’t give them anything.
