All the 5 star reviews for this hotel are on point - we can’t wait to return! - cannot fault this hotel at all. We are coming towards the end of a three night stay and everything has been perfect from start to finish. If you’re worried about COVID - every precaution has been taken here and it is ‘sparkling’ clean with good systems in place all around the building. The check in was quick, helpful, professional and friendly. Rooms are beautifully decorated and are replenished and cleaned during the stay by the excellent housekeeping staff (thank you) - bar is inviting and relaxing - breakfast is absolutely delicious - staff are so kind - We felt they genuinely wanted us to enjoy our stay; feel at home and enjoy all parts of the hotel. Nothing was too much trouble! We had children with us and staff were great with them - very child friendly if you’re travelling with little ones. Enjoy!

Absolute GEM of a hotel!

What an amazing hotel this is we came down for an overnight stay Saturday night until Sunday the rooms are spotless bedding and  towels smell incredible  there are tea and coffee  making facilities  with a pack of biscuits lovely big shower excellent decor a lovely dining room/bar good breakfast  with plenty of choice staff very friendly very accommodating overall a very good stay would book again

Clean and friendly hotel, very close to the tube station. 
From the delicious breakfast (included) to the warm, clean rooms, plus WiFi, my wife and I were very happy with our stay.
This was our second time at Packfords and we’ll be sure to return again soon. Highly recommended.

Still excellent 

My wfie and I stayed here overnight while attending a family event the following day.  The hotel is clean, quiet and very comfortable with polite, friendly and helpful staff.  located in a quiet part of London, it is the perfect location for a one or two night stay, whether for business or pleasure.   There is free parking at the front of the hotel with easy access to the A104 and then the A406 North Circular Road and onwards into or out of London.
Our bedroom was well-appointed with all the necessities one would expect in a good hotel.  Breakfast was freshly cookeed to order and arrived on nice hot plates (a point often overlooked by other and theoretically more upmarket hotels.
As there are a variety of restaurants within wlking distance, the hotel does not serve evening meals, but this does not present a problem.

An overnight pleasure

Overnight stay to be in Woodford for a family funeral - lovely accommodation, huge room, decent breakfast with helpful staff.
Worth mentioning that the funeral reception was held at the hotel and was professionally done. Food, staff and venue were all top class.

Room 5

We weren't sure what to expect having hurriedly booked for a family event in the area and needing beds/rooms to accommodate a variety of needs but we chose the right place!
From the rooms that fit us in without being cramped, to the thoughtful provision of a separate room for breakfast on the one day, the staff were so helpful and caring which was much appreciated. 
Usual comments for a hotel would be: 
Great location for Woodford High Road shops/restaurants as well as Woodford Broadway and Central Line station to get into London quickly. 
Great breakfast cooked to order with plenty of cold buffet items too. 
Parking available and easy to get to by car.
Glad we stayed for 3 nights!

Friendly and Helpful Staff

When we first pulled up outside the hotel on a grey rainy day one Saturday afternoon to have a look at the hotel as a potential wedding venue we had little idea that we would return a few months later in glorious sunshine and enjoy the mist fabulous day.
We had a couple of hiccups along the way but with absolute dedication to give us the perfect wedding reception the staff from Debra Packford, her assistants Sara and Maria through to the catering team on the day did not let us down.
The ambience, the food, the service and the overall attention to detail were all outstanding.
Many of our guests have said it was the best wedding they had been to for all those reasons.
We can't praise the hotel highly enough.
