What was bad

The Room was pokey, very basic and at the back with no light due to close proximity of the building next door. Totally unacceptable was the constant whirring noise which was unidentifiable and kept me awake all night. It was like being in a garage with the engine of a car running. The man on reception said it was driers that would go off at 11 30, it wasn’t and it didn’t. We didn’t expect the Ritz and appreciate that these are difficult times but nobody should be charged that amount for that room. In fact it should be refunded. We didn’t bother with breakfast as we just wanted to get out.
