Rosie was friendly and welcoming! She also took an interest in our company Topps Tiles Also the young girl with red hair in the bar was brilliant too! Real nice + friendly hard working, nice to see someone with a smile on their face! A credit to the company! 
Would definitely stay here again if we have to come back for our business meeting!

Brilliant one night stay

Excellent staff & very nice room. 
We've just got home after staying at the premier inn at Newcastle Under Lyme .
It was the first time, we've used premier inn, & I've got to say we will definitely be staying again. 
Very friendly staff & a big hello to Libby on reception. 
I booked online and was updated all the way, everyone has been very friendly, although busy working.
The room, keyboard operated door & the room decoration was good, a kettle & coffee & tea sugar etc in the room & a good tv. The bed was firm but comfy, I liked that they had softer pillows & firm ones it was welcomed.
A large deep ceramic bath, with plenty of hot water was a fantastic idea by premier inn. 
The bathroom was well thought out with a shower over the bath.
We paid for 2 days breakfast at the Brewers Fayre joined to the inn & we were happy with the selection and price.
Well worth the money & highly recommended, we had a really good time. 
Thank you to everyone, your customers service was appreciated.

Fantastic for the price paid

We stayed for 5 days which was very comfortable and affordable. The staff were very helpful and friendly as nothing was too much trouble, especially Rosie who always had a smile on her face and nothing was too much trouble. 
We ate in the restaurant one evening which was affordable if you had the specials before 6pm. The food was enjoyable and hot on service.


Pleasant Stay

Had a lovely stay this weekend with my boyfriend. 

Rosie on front desk was really welcoming and other staff were friendly. 

Room was nice a clean and bed really comfy. The pillows were really soft.

Breakfast was fresh, nice end to the stay. 

Would defo stay again!

The rooms are always clean, the beds are always comfortable and Rosie on reception always greets you with a smile.

Some of the TV's could do with an update so that all channels are received.

The loo roll could be a bit nicer on the behind too.

Overall though Great 👍

Always enjoy my stay here, rooms are spacious and tidy, Wi-Fi is hit and miss. The people are very friendly and always welcoming. Meals are always great and I really enjoy the breakfast here with Lesley and Mick they make my mornings a joy 😃  Thanks for the great effort you all put in to making my stay a good one.

We had a lovely stay at the Premier Inn Newcastle Under Lyme. All the staff were brilliant and we were really looked after by Joseph and Paulina from the moment we checked in until we checked out! We had taken Mum with us and she has Alzheimer's and she felt that everyone had been her friends for years!!! Thank you all!! 😊 

Lovely Relaxing Time!!

Comfortable bed, clean room, good location, nice staff , always stay here when visiting our family , never had any issues, plenty of room to park the car, the bar is lovely and very friendly if you fancy a drink. 

Always a great stay

Paid full price breakfast for two people. But could only eat a pot of yogurt each. The plates, bowls, glass and cutlery were all greasy, slimy and still had food stains on them. Tried to ask for new ones from kitchen couple of times but they were all in same condition. Tried to clean it with serviettes but it was that greasy wouldn’t come off! Put us off from eating. Had stomachache from just touching and smelling. Same for other customers walking around trying to find clean plates. Was lack of staff too. Room was okay though but just want to let you know and check with the restaurants first before anyone goes and waste their money. Hope they will improve management and take food services very seriously because people can end up sick. 

Lack if hygiene food service

We've used this hotel for just on 10 years, only for proximity to family who have now moved away so we will need to look elsewhere. Pre-Covid, service was good, on the whole, but now you have to ask for room servicing - what exactly are we now getting for our money? Mugs can't be cleaned by running under a tap, no decaff coffee in the room again (we asked for it in October) - reception tell me they order it but it comes back N/A and they can't get a straight answer from on high..N/A = not available or not applicable?!
The car parking is generous but it badly needs a one-way system - 3 times in the week we were there we were nearly hit by cars taking a run at the slope which makes the entrance..
