We came to the area for a Christmas party nearby. Our room was very comfortable and clean, with everything we needed. Breakfast was very tasty, and as we had a leisurely morning we didn’t feel at all rushed. Our host was friendly, helpful and welcoming. Would definitely return.

Comfortable and welcoming 

We stayed in this B and B whilst visiting family in the area. It was well appointed, spotlessly clean and full of character.
The owner Jackie was very welcoming and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble.
We couldn't fault anything and enjoyed a comfortable stay.

Such a lovely, spacious comfy room, with a cosy country style decor and lovely king sized bed. Despite arriving late, the owner made me feel very welcome. She even called me in advance to check time of arrival to ensure the room was sufficiently heated. Nice, friendly lady. 

Great nights sleep in a comfy bed

Pelican inn is beautiful. Jackie and her hubby lovely people . Warm welcome . King size bed awesome ! Fantastic nights sleep . Clean and spotless room with tea and coffee making facilities and flat screen tv in wall . Will definitely stay again . Continental breakfast very nice and appreciated the use of crockery and cutlery for our takeaway Chinese from chopsticks just up the road . Fantastic guest house

Upon arrival we were greeted by Jackie and shown to a room, we were then offered a wonderful king size bed in another room. All rooms are beautifully decorated and everything you need to make an exceptional stay is available.  The rooms and the whole environment are immaculately clean.
We had a take away evening meal and Jackie laid a table for us which was so kind of her. The morning breakfast was continental but lovely fresh fruit and yoghurt. We were there for business in the locality  and as my itinerary change Jackie allowed us to stay in the lounge and work until we needed to left. NOTHING was too much trouble for this lady and we thank her and her husband enormously.

Amazing Hosts and Wonderful accommodation

What a lovely place to stay. Extremely clean. Room we stayed in was of a very high standard this is the most comfortable bed I've slept in. Breakfast arrangement was perfect. The owners were really warm, welcoming a real home from home. You can see the hard work they have put into this place. Highly recommended. A big thankyou.

Guest House Review  The Pelican Guest House Norwich Uk 🇬🇧

The owners are very friendly and made us most welcome.The rooms are superb and very clean with a nice hot power shower, tea facility's and flat screen TV on the wall,Clean towels are provided everyday and there was liquid soap and shampoo free of charge. The Pelican is now a guest house only and the pub part is now closed but they have a trust bar open next to the dining area with local beers,wines,soft drinks and snacks and a nice seating area with a big flat screen TV and satellite channels to watch,You just relax and write down on the pad provided what drinks you have at the trust bar and pay at the end of your stay. The cooked Breakfast is outstanding with cereals,yogurts,toast and fresh fruit provided and tea or coffee  .A good Chinese takeaway is approx 10 minutes walk away from the pelican. I would highly recommend the Pelican Guest House to everyone and it is not about to close.

Superb Accommodation and owners.

Myself and 2 friends stayed at the Pelican B&B for 2 nights, We had booked a single room and a twin room on arrival We were delighted to find ourselves upgraded to a double room each, each room was clean and tidy ideal for our stay, 
They have a lovely little trust bar which had a fantastic array of local bottled beers and wines, along with mainline beers drink as much as you like write down what you have had and pay at the end of your stay really enjoyed this.
The owners were very friendly everything was clean and tidy We had a great breakfast each morning and all really enjoyed our stay We will be back again for sure very happy to recommend. Thanks for a lovely stay

Friendly, great weekend stay

We had booked on the basis of the pub's website however after booking we found a review on here which said it was about to close.  The pub was closed, but it is being majorly refurbished - it's not closing down completely and is being taken over by the owners sons.  The rooms were clean, breakfast was good and the staff were very polite and helpful.  It does say on the website they are only 10 minutes from Snetterton Circuit, it is actually a half hour drive away.
