The upgraded room (Accor priveledged) was excellent. Good size, quiet, comfortable and close to the lift. Staff were friendly and food in restaurant tasty. Breakfast was excellent.
Restaurant waitress was really nice and did her best to compensate for the delay including 20% discount off the bill.

The initial room allocated was tiny with barely enough space to get round the bed. Service in restaurant very slow (50 minutes wait for dinner) probabl

Noisy guests at night time, staff very unhelpful and did not sort out the issue! The spa facilities were also closed but we were not told in advance.

Clean room, great location, good facilities.

The aircon was broken in our room and for some reason it was incredibly warm (in the middle of winter) this meant I was sweating most of the night, apart from the time’s I opened the window and got blasted with the noise of the traffic. Please fix as this was not a good night’s sleep.
