The place might be hard to find as it is out of the beaten track, but if u have a car and a navigator this is not a problem. The B&B is situated in stunning rural settings, with fields and lambs. The room is absolutely lovely, clean and feels like home. Coffee and tea making facilities are an added bonus. Can't recommend enough

Gorgeous place

If you want peace and quiet then Ladeddie Steading is the perfect place to stay, Just a short journey into the countryside from St Andrews and easy enough to find if you follow the owner's directions, though would maybe suggest arriving in daylight the first time. The owners were very welcoming and helpful, we stayed in the tartan room which was very clean, well equipped and comfortable. We didn't book breakfast so can't comment on that but it wasn't a problem as there are plenty cafes in St Andrews. Would definitely book again if I'm in the area.

Lovely place

A warm and friendly greeting was extended by Susan, the owner. The entrance hall has a very welcoming feel with a brilliant tartan carpet! We were shown to our room which was very well equipped, beautifully decorated and extremely clean. The rural setting of the house is also a credit to the B&B, with gardens offering a fantastic view over the near by hills. 

Finding Ladeddie Steading is easy when following the given directions, and although outside  St.Andrews itself, the drive into the town is very simple and under 10 minutes. 

If ever in the area again we would be sure to make a return visit!
