An excellent guesthouse. Separate bathroom but very good shower. Room well equipped and comfortable and breakfast very good. Friendly and accommodating hosts and easy walking distance from town centre, shops and public transport. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again.

Very clean and comfortable room, excellent breakfast. Centrally located within walking distance of town centre. Lovely hosts, friendly, knowledgeable about the area but unobtrusive. Would definitely recommend and will visit again.

Highly recommended

Excellent room for the 3 of us and probably the best shower I have had.  Good supply of teas and coffee, beds very comfortable, slept really well it was really quiet.  The breakfast was fantastic, excellent choice and so filling, had to reduce days 2 and 3 as couldn’t manage to eat it all (that is not a criticism, spicy sausage not for me as I prefer plain pork sausage but it is a house specialty so no criticism. Had a bit of a problem with use of QR codes but easier to order breakfast on the pad in the hall (probably due to our ages). Owners very friendly and helpful.  It was really nice to have a drying room for our wet walking gear, something I have not had in other B and B’s in Keswick.  All in all great accommodation and we are booked in again for next year, pity about the weather but we can’t blame the B and B for that!

A very nice B&B option in the centre of Keswick.

Jon and Emma are great hosts, the room was very comfortable, and the breakfast was just what is needed before heading out on to the fells for the day.

Will definitely be back when we are in the area again.

Been coming here at new year for the last few years.
Jon & Emma are so welcoming and everything is how you would want in a B&B.
Great English Breakfast to start the day.
Great location with a 5 minute walk into town.
Rooms are spotless with crisp clean bedding.
We have booked again for next new year and already looking forward to our next visit.

Fantastic New Year Stay

Have just spent a fantastic weekend away in keswick at the Greystoke house bed and breakfast we're Jon and Emma have  built up a b&b to be proud .The bedrooms are spotles and the breakfast is one to die for best ever b&b we have stayed at

This B&B was one if the nicest we have stayed in. 
Very modern, clean, warm and homely.
Breakfast was lovely and all very modern doing everything using a QR code which meant we could check in early. Jon was friendly and welcoming and Emma is an amazing cook! We have come home feeling very relaxed. This place is also in demand as we were speaking to another couple who in the pub who were disappointed that they could not get in! 

Lovely place to stay in keswick

Excellent two night stay early in December. Owners were very friendly and helpful. Room was spotless and breakfast was first class. Tried to book again for upcoming bank holiday but they are full. Will always try them first if we’re visiting Keswick again.

This was our second stay at the greystoke house and faultless once again. This time we went with our son and stayed in one of the bigger rooms which was a great size. Breakfast 10/10. Hosts are super friendly and very welcoming. Will definitely be back again!

Fantastic stay again at the Greystoke House

Excellent accommodation, great location for the town and sightseeing. Room really clean and comfortable.  Very enjoyable trip with Greystoke within very each walking distance  of the town,and surrounding countryside. Great time can't wait to get back.
