Had a good welcome ,the steak night was great best service ,best food &brill co.Once again thank you all .😊👌 Need to have a stat nav or you will drive past the village ,very sharp bends .Steak night is a must Thursdays only  book not to be disappointed .👍

decided to book here for 1 night and it did not disappoint. The room was great a reasonable size had everything you needed and was in a lovely location right in a pretty little quite village. Also there was also a lovely place to sit out and look over miles of fields. Also they have a lovely restaurants with has a great menus lots to choose from and the food is amazing. Would definitely recommend.

Over night stay 

Motel-style accommodation. Plenty of parking space on gravel car park right outside the door. Very clean, looks like a relatively new build, warm, good bed and shower. Efficient welcome. No breakfast and no meals on Monday nights but 10 minute drive from the next village with plenty of choice.

Good

We stayed two nights when visiting family. We therefore didn't eat there but just used the motel style room. This was very clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfy too. It had all the facilities one would expect, Tea/coffee making, television, en-suite shower room etc. Plenty of parking too on site.  We will no doubt use it again.

Clean, good value

Stayed at this modern, renovated pub when attending a friend's birthday dinner (which was being held in the bar).  Rooms incredibly clean and tidy - modern decor, with good quality furnishings.  Although quite small, the room was more than adequate, with a good sized shower-room - no knocking into the wall while showering or drying yourself!!.  Ate in the bar as part of the birthday celebrations, and the meal was superb - if this is indicative of the food served at other times, we'd not hesitate to eat there again.  Staff are friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome.  Would stay again without a doubt

Good value, relaxed visit

The rooms are down to a budget,  as is the customer service , 
Facts
1. There was no heating till 6.p.m from central,heating it went off at 9 p.m so had to use little oil filled radiator.
2.there is no towel rail in bathroom. Just the mark where it had been👎🏽
3. The bedding was not made up on second day, just left as it was pillows in a heap but the radiators were tuned down so you return to a cold room .
4.The water bottle one was not replenished on day 2!.
5.There is no breakfast offered .
6.the listing on booking.com is misleading dogs are allowed , 
7.there is no reception, you have to hunt for a door bell good luck with that its not at the front of building..
8. The owners park nearest the room 3 cars at least ,so any guests have to walk further over loose cobbles a short walk but in the rain with wheeled luggage just inconsiderate .
9. The rooms are very  small with no space for a arm chair just a dinning chair to balance the towels and cushions and a small suitcase on the cushions ended up on and in a small wardrobe .
10. Bedding is cheap, thin duvet, pillows and covers dated .
