The honeymoon suite was wonderful, beautiful bath in the room lots of fluffy towels. Coffee maker in room was great. Warm welcome and easy parking. Great mini moon destination, easy walk into Skipton and a lovely local walk by the canal. Thank you.

Amazing honeymoon suite

Very disappointed! Upon finding the parking for the hotel we were asked to enter via the pub side as they were busy. I feel extremely uncomfortable loud music, very crowded in the middle of a private 30th birthday party. We were given an envelope with the information to get into our room. I put the code into the lock system and pushed the door after the beep. As I pushed the door the full lock system came off. I rang down for help and the lady was extremely rude blaming me for the door implying I had forcefully broken into a room I’d paid for. Which wasn’t the case. I am a woman 6 months pregnant and should not of been able to push the door so easily. I asked for a refund as I wasn’t happy with the attitude of the hotel and the security. Not too mention we booked a landmark view but the hotel was covered in scaffolding which wasn’t advertised on the advert. We was told to leave for a bit and she would call someone to repair we waited 2 hours no one contacted us so we decided to go and book elsewhere as I didn’t feel comfortable whatsoever going back. 
I will be taking this situation further with booking.com to get further assistance but if I was you I would avoid. Complete lack of customer service and very obviously not very secure.

Rude wouldn’t bother

Lovely hotel in the heart of Skipton. The rooms are beautifully decorated, well appointed and perfectly clean. The accommodation staff were very friendly, responsive and flexible. Breakfast was absolutely delicious- worth staying just for that! I highly recommend The Coach House and look forward to my next stay.

A wonderful stay in Skipton, Yorkshire.

Just back from an amazing overnight stay at the Coach House. The room (14) was amazing, so spacious, comfortable and was pure luxury. The staff were great before and during our stay and the location was perfect (great pubs and restaurants within yards of the door). Came down from checking inn to find a lively bar area with a great atmosphere. Will definitely be back.

A beautiful hotel in a fantastic little town! Breakfast was beautiful and the room was immaculate. We parked in our designated space for the day before checking in and did a bit of exploring. Something in the bar below or the corridor made a knocking noise periodically through the night, almost like someone knocking on the door, but other than that it was the perfect stay. We will definitely be returning soon. 

Fabulous hotel

The rooms,- hallway, bathroom and bedroom were stylish, well furnished, spacious, comfortable, with a lovely view from the bedroom window. The manager of the Coach House was very pleasant, friendly and helpful indeed. The breakfast was excellent, with very obliging staff serving. The accommodation was situated very close to the Church, Castle and main high street of Skipton, a delightful town with plenty of shops, pubs and restaurants.

Spotless room and friendly staff. Our room however did not have a hairdryer which didn’t impact on our stay as it was only one night. However being September and weather unusually hot our room 13 was very warm and the fan did little to cool it down. 
Other than that, great parking across the road, central location and breakfast was good.

Friendly place to stay

Lovely place to stay and in a good location. Free parking was a bonus just across from the hotel. Room was spotlessly clean and we did carry out a “4 in a bed” check on the top of the wardrobe etc!
Lots of tea and coffee and mini vanity products.
Stayed mid week and I would say it was a bit pricey for out it season and mid werk

Good clean hotel 

Very nice, friendly place with parking available.  Comfortable beds and good shower.  Would be helpful to have a shelf or somewhere to put toilet bags.  Within walking distance of town centre, castle and church.  Good eating houses and bars nearby too.

Good base for Skipton and the area.

Excellent room, great location in Skipton and lovely breakfast at The Curious Fox. Lucy and the team at The Coach House were really friendly and very attentive. Would highly recommend and will definitely return. Thanks for a memorable stay.
