The owners were very helpful and gave us some great advice on what to do in the local area.

The guest house was incredibly clean throughout and is in a perfect location for both the beach and the harbour. Our room had great views over the beach at Weymouth and the stunning coast line. 

We also really enjoyed the breakfast at Quayside which is only a short walk from the guest house and offer a fantastic range of breakfast option.

The fridge in our room was a great asset as was the free parking permit. 
Easy access to some great restaurants for evening dining.

Great hosts, Fantastic location

Just back from our yearly stay at Bayliss Hall. From the moment you walk into the nice smelling lovely presented hallway you feel at home. Always a friendly welcome and help with luggage. Nicely decorated clean room with a nice spacious shower. Mini fridge and fan also in room. We'll be back next year!

Weymouth's Best Guest House!

Beautiful guesthouse with accommodating and welcoming hosts!! 
Our sea view room was tastefully  furnished and had amazing views. Larger than most that I have stayed in in Weymouth and spotlessly clean. 
I liked that ‘provisions’ were available to guests should you not want your room made up or if you required extra during your stay. 
Breakfast could be taken in one of two local restaurants only a minutes walk away on the harbour and the ‘Bayliss’ menu was very varied at both….and available until 11am so good for a lie in too :) 
Will continue to stay at Bayliss as had a fantastic stay!! Thanks Glen & Gregg!!

Beautiful Bayliss Hall

Thank you Gregg and Glen for another comfortable stay in our usual room with great views over looking the beach. Gregg is very welcoming and friendly as usual, and the room was spotless. It’s the perfect place to stay in Weymouth. Highly recommend.

Excellent

My wife booked to stay for a long weekend. We travelled to Weymouth by train and Bayliss Hall was an easy walk along the sea front from the train station. 

We received a lovely warm welcome and were delighted with the quality and cleanliness of our room.

The location is perfect for exploring the harbour area, sea front and town centre.

We will definitely be back for another stay as soon as possible. 

Fabulous Guesthouse with immaculate rooms, friendly welcome and perfect location.

We stayed on the recommendation of a friend and it lived up to all expectations. We loved the room with a view at the top of the building. It was definitely worth the climb. 

The whole place was immaculate and we appreciated all the efforts made to be green and sustainable in a business that doesn't lend itself to this.

Loved the little touches with the postcards. We will definitely be returning. Thank you for everything.


Wonderful Weymouth stay whatever time of year.

We stayed at this hotel last year and it was such a fantastic experience that we had to come again this year. We were in room 5 which has a lovely harbour view, comfortable bed, smart TV, little fridge, kettle and excellent bathroom and shower. The room was spotlessly clean and they provide tea, coffee, toilet rolls etc with refills available on the ground floor. 
The hotel is in an excellent location right next to the beach and by the harbour with almost everything Weymouth has to offer pretty much on the doorstep.
Will definitely be looking to stay again!

Giving a well-deserved excellent rating for Bayliss Hall Guesthouse, Weymouth. Highly recommend its rooms, efficiency, friendly service, facilities and location! Thanks to Gregg and Glen, who went above and beyond to help make our stay amazing. This guesthouse is immaculate and Room 6 is a lovely spacious room with ample storage space, en-suite, super comfy bed, a wonderful sea view from relaxing chairs, great selection of hot drinks provided and a small fridge to chill our refreshments. The location is excellent; situated by Weymouth beach and the harbour, near local landmarks, pubs, restaurants and shops. We will return - it was a wonderful experience as everything was perfect for us and we absolutely loved it!

Impeccable accommodation - a gem!

Just back from our third stay with Greg and Glen. Lovely and clean perfect as usual, we loved the new decoration etc. Greg we hope your knee has recovered by the next time we visit, and thanks Glen.
