Stayed here for 3 nights, it’s a fantastic little B&B. Lovely room with great facilities, excellent breakfast. The owners are very friendly. Very COVID safe. In a good location about 4 minutes from the beach. What more could you want?

Fantastic Little B&B

Wow. From the moment we were welcomed into this B and B it was obvious that it was going to be good. The first thing that I noticed was the cleanliness and freshness of the place, it even smelt clean. The owners, Colin and Diane were efficient very obliging and friendly. The rooms had every conceivable extra to make the visit comfortable:-
Fabulous shower, shampoo, shower gel, and hand wash. 
Tea, coffee, biscuits and kettle. Blackout blinds. Remote controlled and wall mounted fan. Huge wall mounted TV, hair drier, hair straighteners. Iron and ironing board. Enough hangers for a week’s clothes. Power points everywhere and most importantly a double power point with USB sockets either side of the bed. 
Everywhere looked freshly painted too, I thought the queen was coming. 
I stayed in a hotel a few days prior to this. It was twice the price and half the comfort. 
Don’t miss this one, I’ll go back for sure.

Cannot recommend enough 

We have had a great holiday here over the last 2 weeks. Sandy Dreams is a lovely place to stay. The owners are lovely and couldn't have made us more welcome and nothing was to much trouble. We would definitely stay again and plan to go back next year. In the current circumstances we felt very safe and all regulations were met to a very high standard.

Honeymoon

Been let down with B&B’s many times in the past when they just don’t come up to standard. This means we would generally opt for a Premier Inn. 

Gave this place a try though and my opinion is changed. Lovely room, lovely hosts and lovely breakfast. Parking immediately outside. 

We will be back. 

Changed my views on B&B’s

This was my first visit to Sandy Dreams. I stayed for one night and I was travelling alone. I had a quiet and  peaceful stay and felt very safe which is important to me being a woman on my own. My room was beautifully decorated and  had a lovely fairy like theme. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. Colin and Diane were perfect hosts and go that extra mile to make you feel welcome. The cooked  breakfast was delicious with a variety of other cereals and fruit juices etc. I loved the extra things provided such as dressing gown and hair straighteners. I would highly recommend staying here and look forward to returning soon.

Peaceful stay alone

My husband and I have just returned from an overnight stay at Sandy Dreams. We couldn't fault a thing. Clean and tidy rooms with lovely finishing touches. We wanted to beat traffic therefore we were up and out before breakfast however I'm pretty sure we missed out. Thank you for a lovely stay :) 

Excellent Stay

Can not fault this B&B. Lovely couple who run this place , everywhere immaculate , I work as a cleaner and do tend to look for  things and trip advise everywhere I stay.  This place was spotless best B&B I stayed in cleanliness wise . Would of been nice to have an en  suite bathroom , but we still did have our own bathroom across the hall which only we could use and we had the only keys . So no marks off there either . Everything you could want in the rooms including dressing gowns , But make sure you take your own shampoos , there is shower gel , hand soaps , in the bathroom , and plenty of tea coffee , sugar milk etc . Would definatly stay here again . Nothing was too much trouble for them , they even arranged a taxi for  us to get to the venue we needed to be at , we got stuck in traffic and were really cutting it fine and they telephoned us and emailed us to check everything was ok and we still needed the taxi , but we couldn’t answer as we were using the sat nav  and driving . But we did just make it thankfully . Breakfast was lovely all freshly made and nice selection of cereals etc .  Thank you for a lovely stay . 

Night away 

This was our second visit to this B&B. Rooms clean  and comfortable. Great breakfast and friendly owners can't recommend enough you won't be disappointed. Gentle walk to the beach away from the busy sea front. Check out the pavilion for a great evening of entertainment. 

Spotless B&B Recomended

You cannot fault this lovely b&b, we just stayed 1 night in ' Faith' spotlessly clean with everything you could possibly want. Just a few minutes walk to the beach and few minutes further to the beautiful harbour. We had a gorgeous evening meal at the Quayside restaurant by the harbour, and in the morning a delicious beakfast at  Sandy Dreams. Bonus for my husband was off road parking outside the b&b.

Lovely b&b

Stayed at sandy dreams for 3 nights and have got to say thank you to diane and colin the owners,our room was very comfortable and the expert touches were amazing hair dryer straighteners iron and iron board also first aid kit alarm clock fan if it's hot nothing left out shower was great amazing breakfast cooked to order and so fresh the whole 3 days were great nothing to much trouble for diane and colin cannot thank you both enough for a fantastic stay will definitely be booking again at sandy dreams Jim and sue
