I have been staying here for the last 5 days and very impressed with this hotel on arrival I was greeted by Dave on reception who was very friendly and welcoming he helped me to my room with my luggage. My room was clean and tidy and I was grateful that I had a window that opened for fresh air as several hotels I’ve been to have a fixed closed window.all staff I met have been very friendly welcoming I had a lovely country side view from my window I would definitely recommend a stay at this hotel as nice and quiet plenty of parking excellent standard of cleanliness and very helpful friendly staff will definitely use here again

Fantastic friendly hotel

Emily on reception was great, she was efficient and friendly. The check in was quick and she was knowledgable about the Adjacent restaurant even though these are separate from each other. 
My stay was great and the staff the next day were also friendly for us the room was comfortable and clean. Will use this hotel again when next on a business meeting.

Comfortable room.

Great location for the local community and M6 motorway.Comfortable beds, very clean and tidy room. Staff always frendly. Very good prices.

Great Stay

I had a late check-in but the staff were happy and helpful.  The room was clean and comfortable and the shower was lovely.

Lovely hotel

Tidy room, lovely warm welcome from Dave, just the thing after a long drive. Will certainly come back! Tea in the room, conveniently situation for the M6, beds v comfortable, I even like the fairly minimalist decor.

Super friendly staff on reception! Handy for the motorway. I've finished my review, but Trip Advisor is absolutely insisting that I write a minimum of two hundred characters. I'm sorry for wasting your time now, but please do blame Trip Advisor. Looks like I've gone past this magical threshold. Anyways, lovely hotel.

Lovely staff

We were given a very quiet room at the back which meant we could open the window on a hot night. Good view of Countryside and horse.

Good nights sleep

Room was clean and the bed comfortable.
We knew what we were getting and were happy enough.
Down side for me is the shower which is in the bath and with a fixed head is no good for someone 6ft 4in .
We had a room on the top floor and there is no lift which they do point out when you book.
The breakfast at the adjacent Hungry Horse was fine in the cooked part but had no butter on either day and the hot water dispensers for making your tea were not sufficiently close to boiling for good tea.

Reasonable value

Very dated but met our needs. We usually stay in the PI jct 25(M6) but as this one is closer to the family we were visiting we decided to stay here. We booked a family room and had to ask for towels, toilet roll and cups as there weren't enough despite the booking being for 4 people. The room was clean though but the bathroom had mould around the mirror but you could tell it was clean. 
Breakfast wasn’t the best and we ended up cancelling for our 2nd day. 
Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. 

Have stayed in better Premier Inns

At £10 per head for a cooked breakfast it was poor, no butter, toaster didn’t work and breakfast had obviously been cooked a long time before it was served and kept warm. Not very nice at all.
Rooms clean and ok but starting to look tired.
