My wife and I were given our stay here as a gift for our 30th Anniversary in 2008. 

We still talk about our wonderful experience at Two-O'- One. Whenever we hear the word, Annapolis we look at each other and one of us will say, "remember our stay at that bed and breakfast?"

Lovely hosts and very helpful with what's doing in town.

Secure off street parking, cozy amenities and just the right touch of refinement. The history of the house goes right along with its serene bones.

We have made plans to go back for our 40th.

Most memorable weekend to date.

I really don't know where to start.,. Book now is my only advice! We have frequented many B&B's, this one I will never forget! From the moment we walked in we met Bob he was starting a fire in the main room. He showed us to our room the Queen Anne with a real working fireplace and a perfect jacuzzi tub which we loved! He gave us some great tips for around town. They have private gated parking (follow their directions) great for the area as parking is impossible. We walked to the Naval Academy I highly recommend you go it's a great experience we learned and saw lots of history. Main Street with cute shops restaurants cafes all were nearby. We ubered  a few times to get to farther places.  Later on after checking in we met Graham, a man who is very knowledgeable and interesting we chatted few times for quite some time! We could have chatted all day ...I felt like I knew him forever!  I will never forget them they have stamped my heart with memories! This morning we were treated to "tipsy Toast" loved it! This is a very relaxed B&B and I wish them all the best! 

Fabulous hosts Great location!

Graham and Bob are two of the best hosts that I have met in my many years of b and b'ing.  They were friendly, but not intrusive.  Their breakfasts were tasty with a touch of elegance.  They were flexible with our check-in time -- in fact, my husband and I checked in 4 hours before the posted time since we wanted to make a 1:30 schooner trip. They even provided me with a selection of bandaids for my ailing foot.  We enjoyed the Queen Anne Suite -- very spacious, with a jacuzzi that easily allowed the two of us to relax.  The b and b had ample off-street parking and a lovely garden with a fish pond. The b and b is within easy walking distance to area attractions including the best restaurants.  Choose  201 B and B -- you will be pleased!

Hospitable Owners and Relaxing Accommodations

My boyfriend and I had a delightful stay at Two-O-One at the end of August! I initially chose Two-O-One for it's location, price, aesthetic, and reviews and was not disappointed. Graham and Bob were delightful, we enjoyed chatting with both of them, especially our history lesson from Graham about the house. Breakfast was always delicious, we slept soundly in the Arundel room (the sheets were heavenly), and enjoyed the central location of the house. The patio/gardens behind the house are also beautiful and the parking lot is a huge perk!

I would recommend Two-O-One to anyone looking for a cozy, historic, comfortable, and romantic weekend getaway. Thank you Graham and Bob!

Cozy perfection in downtown Annapolis

There are certain things a good b&b should have...a convenient location, a good breakfast, a comfortable room, and friendly, knowledgeable inn keepers.  Two-O-One meets all of these requirements.  They are centrally located in the heart of Historic Annapolis within a 5-10 minute walk of just about anything you would want to see or do.  The rooms are very comfortable, and the rain-forest shower-head is a great start to getting the kinks out in the morning.  Though I will warn you the step up bed might not be to everyone's liking.  After you're up and moving around, you're in store for a delicious breakfast and fresh coffee to start your day.  I'm not sure what exactly goes into the tipsy toast, just hope it's served during your stay.  Before heading out after breakfast, don't hesitate to ask the inn keepers if you have any questions or need any recommendations.  The couple of things they suggested to us were each spot on.  As an additional bonus, Two-O-One provide free onsite parking for its guests, which is very useful to have in a town like Annapolis where parking is scarce sometimes.
