My fiance and I have been coming back to this place for five years. Raj, the owner, is the sweetest guy you have ever met. The room (room 11) is always clean and well kept. We call it "our home away from home"!If you are looking for luxurious accommodations, this may not be the place for you. However, if you are looking for an Inn with great customer service, air conditioned rooms, comfortable bedding, and close to the beach, you have found the right place. It is only a five minute walk through a lovely park to the beach. Convenience stores are a one minute walk. It is super quiet. We have never had a bad experience at the Inn ever. We will keep coming for many years to come and always recommend it to our friends looking for a place to bed down at Old Orchard.

A Place to Bed Down

It was overpriced for what we got. Room 11 definitely needs some work and it would be a nicer place. The walls were not very clean. The light switch in the bathroom needs to be replaced. The fridge was not that cold. All considered it was an ok place to crash for the night. 

My boyfriend and I needed a place at the last minute. 

This place is a complete joke! The pictures are lies. I climbed it bed in the middle of the night the first night, in the dark and woke up in blood stained sheets🤮. I didn't think to check the bed... the second night I slept on top of the blankets... He FOUGHT me over my legitimate diabetic alert service dog then kept the $160 security deposit saying there was blood all over the room when we left. I literally NEVER left the dog unattended in the room and was in the room from 2 am to 7 am overnight, zero hanging around this dump after him acting like a complete tyrant. I was so sketched out and highly disappointed and uncomfortable. I highly advise avoiding this business entirely. Completely run down, smells terrible, so outdated and run down. My dog and I are both spayed (the truth) so it wasn't either of us bleeding in the bed! He's crazy and is seriously uneducated on the ADA Laws and how service dogs work. He couldn't stand that I am extremely educated as it is part of my career. Highly do not recommend!

The worst experience ever and I travel regularly!

Horrible 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮 I want cry 😢 😢😢 don’t waste you money..disgusting place. The worst of my life. It is better  to sleep in the car .there are many mosquitoes inside the room dirty and nasty 🤮 room .

When we got there... the owner said there was no smoking on the property althought it doesnt say that anywhere on the website. He yelled at my boyfriend the moment we arrived for smoking a cigarette out by the car. he then threatened us by saying there is no smoking anywhere and if i catch you i will make you leave.... the place is an absolute dump. after seeing the room, we asked for a refund. we thought we were going to have to sleep on the floor. i have never experienced such an awful hotel experience. the owner is a psycho. we left after 15minutes because we felt so uncomfortable after being yelled at 5minutes into our arrival.

Don't do it!!

The location is great ! That's about it. The intersection it is next to will get you killed trying to either back out with a car or even walk across. The bathroom was moldy. The beds were so-so. The room had a funny odor (not funny ha-ha, funny odd). It is very over priced and out dated. Some of the other customers were... sketchy.. which did not give you a very secure feeling. The beds were left half made when we were told we can enter the room. This place is all about location and that is all.
