The hotel has its own enterance to the Mall of America with a ramp so I was able to use my walker on the ramp and didnt have to do stairs. Also, I was able to get a room with a walk-in shower that made it much easier for me to shower. I really like your hotel and will be returning.
What was bad
Nothing disappointed me. I had a wonderful stay.

How spacious & modern the room was. Everyone who worked there, was very accommodating and made my stay very special. Beds were very comfortable too. Would highly recommend staying there, even during the pandemic. Everything was very clean plus they're attached to MOA for easy access into the mall.
What was bad
Having to check out the next day.
