This place is set way off the road, it is quite even though it's on a main through fare for big trucks. Looks very outdated when you come up to it. The room was comfortable and clean, bathroom was just as nice.

Used Wymdham Go Fast points to get a King size room for less than  $40. Great decision. Awesome room, clean, spacious and very comfortable. I'm glad we picked this location. It was dark and raining so we needed a room to crash for the night. Loved it. 

Surprisingly Excellent

Comfortable enough beds, I slept ok. And the room didn't smell too bad. But the bathroom was really dirty. When the morning came I decided that I didn't need a shower bad enough to get into that tub. And there was clearly a bug problem. The girl at the desk was pleasant enough and it was inexpensive but maybe they could find a better place for the Ortho bug sprayer. I'll avoid this hotel next time through.

Passing through 

Location was good, room was big. First morning there was no coffee at 7am, breakfast was english muffins, bagels and cereal. No juice, no coffee. Didn't bother checking the 2nd morning. 2 handicap spots and the owner used one of them. Not sure if it was a housekeeper or family member or both, walking around barefoot and very dirty looking behind the "desk" that was behind a window. Window in room was shut but not locked. Bathtub didn't drain, toilet seat not attached properly. Towels were stained and didn't seem very fresh, hair in the tub, mold on the walls, dirt on the floor. Surfaces such has table,night stand, desk, dresser, dresser drawers were not clean at all. I didn't complain to manager because I doubt anything would have been done, just a family owned place with no so called manager or professional housekeeping Just all around bad experience, was not comfortable there. Thank God it was just a place to lay our head, we did not spend time there at all. I have never complained about a hotel/motel experience before. I am not sure why Wyndham would want their name associated with this place. It truly looks bad on them. Pictures from management look great, that is not what it is really like. I am not sure if the staff spoke english because they really didn't say anymore than, id and credit card please. The same lady that was walking around behind desk barefoot was there at check out and couldn't even print my receipt, just crazy experience like I have never had before.

Won't stay again

We have stayed here several times over the past few years.  Has always been a decent room for a low price.  However, this was probably our last stay.  The place suffers from deferred maintenance - worn carpet in hallways, doors that slam, mold in shower, toilet seat that didn't fit.  The bed had a very thin blanket; we asked for a second one, and they didn't have any.  No extra blankets in a motel?  When we got to the room, I checked the window - it was closed, but not locked - very insecure - anyone could have easily entered the room from the outside.  Breakfast was very skimpy - the orange juice was mostly water.  Overall, the place is just getting shabby from a lack of maintenance.

upon entering it smelled of cigarettes. Little pieces of glass were on the pillows and bed from a broken picture hanging above the bed and the headboard was off the wall. Toilet and bathroom sink were leaking as well as the doorknob fell off when I shut the door. No hot water when I went to shower, Phil from the front desk told me to try late at night. Took the sheets and blankets off to put my own on and found bed bugs and roaches along with mold cereal and other debris on the actual mattress. Went to the front desk and informed them only for Phil to say he could take $20 off for the week but no refunds could be given when I gave him $390 for the week.

Worst place in the planet its known as the heroin spot of carlise and this guy ken in 407 is a drunken nut carrying around a gun and threatwning peopl and they use him as the maintainence and the breakfast guy

Wyndham should be embarrassed to call this a “motel/ lodge”, reminds me off something you would see on the TV, by the hour rooms...filthy, filthy, filthy, I felt safer sleeping in my car
I slept in my clothes due to the filth, wouldn’t  use the bathroom, & vacated as soon as day light came up.
Again, Wyndham should be embarrassed...

Horrible, just horrible.  Dirty. No water pressure.  Smoke detector was apart, laying on the desk with no batteries in it.  Is that even legal?  Run away, run away!!!  Door to room was broken, had to get a different room.  Desk clerk was rude and uncaring.

Filthy Dump

Don’t waste your time or money unless you’re desperate!! Property is extremely outdated! Rooms smell like old stale cigarettes! Parking is a nightmare especially when the allow trailers to block the parking spaces! Lack of basic amenities like towels and cups etc.
