I read the reviews carefully before booking and most were good.  The hotel was clean and Adam was very nice when checking us in. He said The Raising Cane's restaurant in front of hotel was top tier and it was!  The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The free breakfast was really good. Only suggestion would be to offer water at breakfast. There was also a Krogers right across the street which Jamar pointed out to us. The value for the price was fair and the service was top tier! I have no complaints and I am selective. Book here with confidence!

Excellent Value for a Nice Hotel!

My husband was sent to the UVA Medical Center for cancer treatment. I stayed here for the week and it was extremely clean, quiet and had the most kind, helpful employees. The bed was very comfortable. It is out of the way enough to be quiet but is convenient to shopping and food. Everyone who worked there was polite. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again!

Great Hotel!

Katie the manager at night was very nice respectful and was a really big help. I appreciate her and the rooms are nice. First time staying and it was nice. Will book again. Thanks Katie so much and slept very well

Front desk room

Good, quiet location.  Looked to have been renovated recently.  Quick, easy, friendly staff for check-in and check-out.  Breakfast options.  Snack bar options for purchase.  Room was clean and updated.

Quick UVA Basketball Game

This hotel has been upgraded.  Everything was very clean with more upscale furniture.  The beds were comfortable and then linens were very clean.  A Microwave, small coffee pot and Refrigerator in the room.  The staff was very very friendly and polite.  Continental Breakfast was ample; make your own waffle, muffins, apples, yogurt, oatmeal, boiled, etc.

Pleasant Quiet Place to stay

Came here to cast to the Samsung TV and play with friends online also to check out UVA grounds and many Vineyards to test the waters. This was one of the lowest Hotels in the area with all new amenities.

Gaming at it's best

Emily was very kind and knowledgeable of the area. She went above and beyond to make my stay perfect! It makes all the difference in the world when you are greeted by hotel staff that truly do want to make their guests stay pleasant!

Always a pleasant face, a good nights sleep, and a good breakfast.  The rooms are very nice, clean with good amenities, and we enjoy our sleep on the beds.  When we've brought our dog their very accommodating.  The only issue was the plunger for the bathtub was stuck open, so it was showers only.  No problem, showers work well and there were plenty of towels etc.  Very close to UVA, where we visit our daughter, with shopping and good restaurants in close proximety.  Downtown is only 5-10 minutes away.

James was absolutely the best, he helped us with checking in and was wonderful when we came back to the hotel that night. Making sure we had everything we needed! I would definitely come back here and stay again. I will also tell my friends to and to ask for James! He was awesome! Thank you for a wonderful night.

The staff and management have compassionate and caring during this difficult time in our lives. It has made my recuperation go faster following major spin surgery knowing my wife and daughter are being cared for. They also made caring for our dogs easy.
