This is the halfway point from my home to Florida so we always stay here.  The rates are very reasonable and the rooms are clean and neat.  There are flat screens in all of the rooms and even when I am traveling alone I feel safe and secure.  Highly recommend!!!

Clean and Cheap!!!

We called in at this motel, probably lured by the very cheap prices of $29.99 + tax per night.
We asked to see a room and they were fine .
The counter clerk could not have been more helpful and judging by the dreadful comments I just read, the rooms must have been totally remodeled as the  bathrooms and bed and bedding were clean and fresh.TV and Wi Fi worked just fine and nice large wall mounted flat screen TV''s. 
Maybe these previous complaints were from long ago but I can assure you we had a very nice night here.

Good thing I didn't read those other reviews...they are so wrong

Do not ever come here for any reason. Sleep in your car if it comes to it. We stayed one night at "ASSburn Inn" due to hurricane Matthew and the fact that there was no where else to go, had we known the horrific, unlivable conditions of the place my family of 6 and I would've stayed in our car outside of a Walmart, in the parking lot! The place was disgusting. Cigarette butts everywhere, floors were disgusting, bathroom had no towels nor soap, nor shower curtains! Don't even get me started on the condition of the bathroom floor! Gross pillows and bed sheets are an issue! Graphedi all over the back of the wall. And before we got there we had the room reserved online they promised us a smoke free room that we did not receive the customer service was terrible the breakfast was that was offered there was not edible and disgusting I do not know how they pass healthcare policies or codes and the tv was not in working condition at all. Nor did the wifi work AT ALL! 

DO NOT STAY HERE! EVER!

This is the grossest hotel I have ever seen!  We pulled in late to hopefully catch a couple of hours of sleep, so the price was right.  But once to our room the lights didn't work, there were holes in the walls, the room smelled rancid, the sheets weren't clean and there were roaches in the bathroom!!  We left, you couldn't pay me to stay in this hotel.

I'd Rather Sleep In My Car!!

Please be advised that we had to evacuate during hurricane Matthew. We booked a room for this motel and it is a dump. It was not clean. All rooms reeked of cigarette smoke and animal feces. The bathrooms are terrible and need updating. The mattresses were filthy and had soooo many stains on them along with the pillows. The laundry facility for guests are located outside of the motel rooms. There is evidence of a major rodent and insect problem. The staff are money hungry and do not care about their guests. The housekeeping staff is terrible and talks badly about the owners. The overall appearance of this place shows exactly what is intended for your stay. The refrigerator was unclean the freezer atop was unclean and damaged. we went out and had to purchase cleaning supplies because the ones used by housekeeping were purchased at the Dollar Tree. Please note that there are also concerns for health reasons also: ceiling tile full of water, one lightbulb in the fixtures that operate with 5 bulbs, huge carpet stains, cigarette burns on the furniture and bathroom fixtures. We also found lizards in the room and was told by housekeeping that they come in through the air conditioning vents. Checkin time was 2 pm but we had to wait until 4:30 to get a room after several of them were unacceptable. Housekeeping came to bring towels and change the beds about 7 pm each nite and expressed that they were overworked. There are NO amenities. The free breakfast was slopped together and the appliances they used are NOT clean. Some of the travelers even had up to 4 and 5 dogs and cats in one room !!!!! I have made a complaint with the health department as well regarding the issues we noted during our stay here. Please, if all possible, DO NOT BOOK A ROOM AT THIS PLACE, IT SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN.
