We have stayed here many times, but hadn't in a while.  The hotel itself isn't very nice, but the RV area is perfect for us.  It's $10 or $12 a night.  It has no extras other than coffee in the lobby in the morning.  When we are in transit North/South in the winter, I don't need the bells and whistles of an RV park with pool, etc and upwards of $30.  This is cheap.  Sometimes, you will hear the highway noise, but not this time.  It's right off the interstate.  If you go the DQ or Subway next door, they shut down at 9 pm. They guy in the lobby was great upon our arrival and was still there the next morning as he said for our departure.

I knew it was bad when I pulled into the parking lot and had to wait on the lady that worked the front desk to open the door. Seemed like it took her 30 minutes to get to the door the way she drug her feet.  Could not believe she told me she was the MANAGER. of the place.  After a brief conversation with her and her telling me the room would be $90.00 a night plus tax I decided to go else where.

We had to evacuate Florida do to the hurricane this was the only place that had any available rooms and I found it at midnight. FIRST thing the guy at the desk told us the room was a bit dusty , when we got to the room the door would not open so he pried it open with a crow bar at that point someone had to stay in the room at all times as we would be locked out .Sheets had major blood and piss stains , I flipped the mattress and there were dead bed bugs under there .Tv did not work and it looked like there was dried sperm on it. The bathroom was so dirty I did not dare to take a shower or to use the bathroom. The place was creepy and run down nasty..I fell down the stairs attempting to navigate around a turd. The place smelled and very very dirty.

This place was HELL

this place is terrible. the exterior is hideous, the lobby is smelly and the rooms are just down right disgusting! absolutely no refunds with reservations however the motel advertised is not the motel at all. Look further people, this place is not worth $5 per night and the scariest part is what you might come in contact with if you decide to stay

Wow, the picture you see looks like a dream place to stay especially when you look at the price for a room.  Well if you reserve a room at this hotel it will be a nightmare.  First of all, the picture you are looking at is NOT a picture of the Ashburn Inn in Ashburn, Georgia.  I do not know where this picture came from, but this is a run down 1950's motel. Second, all rooms are outside entrance and none with inside entrance. Third, most of the occupants are migrant workers.  The local police department frequents this motel for problems.  Recently there was a shooting and murder.  I had the opportunity to speak to a lady who had reserved a room there through the computer.  When she arrived with two small children and saw the place she paniced and requested a refund.  She was denied the refund.  As far as food, the closest food is up a hill next to the interstate and is a Dairy Queen and a Subway connected to a gas station.  This place has been threatened to be closed down due to sewage leaking into an adjacent pond.
