Well, it is a bit pricey for an older motel (90 bucks in the off season). But, I liked my stay, and will stay again. I found the staff friendly, the room clean, the bathroom was pretty big, the bed good, TV and Wifi were good, too. The room was heated with a 120 volt oil-filled space heater...but, the heater did a great job with outside temps in the 40s. The rail-trail is a block away and a good pizza place is just across the street. No breakfast or coffee.

I am something of a fan of clean older motels

I stayed here last year, during New Hampshire motorcycle week. It was a fair room for the money. If your wallet is thin I  would choose it again. If you have cash to spend I might look somewhere else.  The whole Motel is dated and and not new. But it is close to local businesses and restaurants which made it convenient.

Inexpensive, but if $$ are tight, it's a fair choice

We spent one night here in August 2017. There was a musty smell to the room. A fly in the bathroom and a spider in the sink. The chair had a big rip in it. The bed was clean and comfortable and the tv worked fine. Would stay here again if no other choice but think they should do some updating...

Older motor lodge, could use some updates

This place isn't bad. You get what you pay for. The beds are actually super comfy and the room was a nice size and not too shabby for a budget motel (though the bathroom was a bit cramped). My problem is that I ended up paying nearly $400 for what was advertised at $90/night for 3 nights. I was unable to get into town on the day of my reservation and they refused to refund me for the one night. Wifi is kinda slow. Also, they claim there is a convenience mart on site and I don't think there actually is. If you ever go here, stop by the gas station next door and tell the girl at the counter inside that Darius says hi and blow her a kiss for me. 

They robbed me

This is an old fashioned strip motel in an historic little town near Concord.  The motel is painted pretty colors outside and in. It's nestled in the woods. Picturesque, but bugs get in. The room has a small fridge and microwave and a newer TV.

Ok for sleeping

When I first walked it I thought I was going back to the 70's and some cabin in the woods. I would like to say the aroma was pleasant. Well if you like the smell of musk and wetness. The heater was old and rusty the top desk drawer screw shut, had to ask for more then two towels, no hand towel were offered. No shampoo just a few bars of soap. There is nothing in the room that would give you directions to internet access, in fact we had to ask what the wifi password was and it was written on a piece of paper for us. The own/operator was cold and unpleasant. There are no immenities. Not even a coffee pot and there will be no breakfast, no pool, no jacuzzi nothing more then a bed. Though I can say that was comfortable and it was pretty quiet...maybe because there were few guest on the Fourth of July weekend...in New Hampshire enough said

NOTHING Special, not worth your money

I stayed there last nigh in unit 11 and i can honestly say!!!1.  The top three worst hotel I have stayed in.  The owner are In  clearly nor leaning this place.  It is truly horrible.  I do not take pleasure in bashing a place as I am a business person.  Who ever is writing the great reviews must have just gotten out of prison.  Which is pretty much the clientele.  I came down to take an test in Concord and the extra 30 bucks for a much better place was so worth it.  Carpet was 5 years past replacement, Very shabby and the smell of mold was very heavy.  Owners do not care.  Finds out who has owner ship in this hotels if there Indian or asian they are very dirty people. so you can expect the same for the service and room.  This place is a 20 dollar hooker pad.
