My family and I stayed at this property from the 5th till the 7th of September and it was great!
We stayed in a two bedroom unit which had 2 closed bedrooms with 2 bathrooms and a kitchen which gave us plenty of room to move around.
It was myself, my husband, my sister and my two children (ages 2&4) and we were comfortable.
Now let’s be honest, this is a typical beachside Motel with a hint of 80’s still attached to it. However, it was CLEAN, well maintained and has an AMAZIN LOCATION!!!
This is less than block away from the beach and the strip where you will find all you need.
I mean it’s closer to go back to you room to go the bathroom than to go to the public area’s! lol
Now, the bathrooms are small and it has only a stand up shower (not so comfortable to bathe children) but then again, how long do you shower for??? Get it wash, get out! Lol.
Hey don’t expect 5* luxury, you are not only at the wrong place but at the wrong destination!!! (look around this place is built with motels). 
It has a large terrace right by our room with picnic table and chairs where my sister, my husband and myself enjoyed a little drink late night while the kids were sound asleep…
The staff was great! I met Russ and his lovely wife and they were more than pleasant.
When we first arrived, we had no hot water and I went to see them and by the time I headed back to the room, it was fixed!
I asked for directions to go shopping and Russ explained not only how to get there but also suggested other locations in order to avoid traffic!
Obviously, we listened to him and he was right!!! 
Here is brief description of this place:

-typical motel (yes, the regular beachside, no luxury, 80’s style motel like everyone else in the area)
-CLEAN!!!! (except for under the beds – little dust).
-quite affordable
-well maintained (ok little minor adjustment needed in the shower’s)
-AMAZING LOCATION!!!
-friendly staff
-quiet & peaceful

In resume, if you are looking for a place to stay with no frills, that is comfortable, real clean, great location, this is it!!!!
I am most definitely returning next year but this time…for 1 week!!!!

Fantastic Weekend Gate away!!!

My husband and our 13 y/o son and 2 of his friends stayed here for a long weekend over 4th of July , nice & spacious for all of us.  The 2 bedroom suite was perfect , the boys had their own bedroom & bathroom , plenty of space for the boys to hang out in their room and/or the kitchen / living room area and my husband and I had just enough privacy having our own bedroom & bathroom (showers are a little small, but good enough for quick showers after a long day at the beach and in the morning ) Kitchen was good size, perfect for making Sunday breakfast for the family !!!  Location is great, right in the center of everything !! Rooms are clean, staff is very friendly and helpful!! Thanks for the great prices Leo, especially for such a popular time to stay !!! We'll definitely be back next summer !!!

Great stay for family trip !!!

We had a group of 7 staying for just the weekend, and booked very last minute (2 weeks prior) so were pleased to find something so affordable yet very close to the beach. Our suite comfortably slept all of us and stayed cool as long as we kept the AC's on. It IS a small area with low ceilings, so with our amount of people it was pushing it..BUT for only a couple days stay it worked great. We really just needed a place to stay since we spent 90% of our time on the beach and out at night, so if you are looking for a place to lounge all day and spend more time in it may not be for you. We were pleasantly surprised how close it was to everything and a super short block walk to the beach! We imagined it would have been much farther. A down-side is that you only get 1 parking spot, although I feel most people travel together anyway so this may not be an issue for you. We had a group coming from different locations so had to pay $50 at a close public parking lot to keep our extra cars there for the weekend, which as fine. As for the kitchen, many of the burners didn't work and we were lacking lots of appliances and cooking utensils...so I highly advise bringing your own from home to avoid this hassle (if you plan to cook/use the kitchen!) The beach here is great and we all had a really great time in the area itself! Also, the staff and owners are very friendly and welcoming :)

Good for a quick weekend getaway for friends!

When we arrived, the hotel seemed fine. Unfortunately, it was not. The walls are extremely thin and dirty rooms. In addition, small apartments are very uncomfortable especially for a family or group of friends. In short, not recommended. The owner is not friendly and he is always scolding customers

Worst hotel ever attended

We have a terrible experience at this hotel... At first, the wall are so thin that you can ear the neighbors snors during the night. The room are small with no place to cook a good meal. The owner as a 0 noise tolerence, he rent us a room for 6, and repeated to us the first morning like if we are children to keep it down because people were still sleeping at 10 a.m.... We didn't expect much of a motel so cheap (190$ a night for 6) but we didin't get any kind of satisfaction there.
