Best Price, Best service and really good location. Staff was great and rooms were nice and clean. Lowest price in town. Definitely coming back here again and again.  They also have extended rate which is really good. Property was nice and clean.

Business trip

I stay this this motel often, and everytime when I get to it the room was clean and smelled alright. Nose is sometimes a problem but that's just people. You can put you towels n stuff outside you door and they will clean them and bring you fresh ones. Has nice cable  Good enough wifi for me to watch Hulu, play fortnite or anything else online. Everyone is very nice, you probably shouldn't book a room here online because it's a motel. They pay their own rent. If the motel is booked up, they can pay about 2-3 months of their rent and utilities. Depending on how many people there are, and how many people are already there and just decided to pay for another night. Or was there and paid for another week. It's fine for 45 a night. 183 a week. 2 bed 215 a week.

It's honestly decent enough, people are just picky.

My usual haunts were booked and I didn't feel like spending a hundred and a half for a bed and a TV. Upon arrival, I walked into the office through a door that was open to the outside. Payment was delivered through a window similar to a drive up teller. Clearly stated was a sheet of rules, one of which stated that you had 5 minutes to cancel after registering. My room on the 2nd floor was accessible only from the outside. The room badly needed a paint job to cover the stained walls. The furniture and bed looked like relics of a closed military base or prison. The bathroom vanity was adorned with cigarette burn marks. I kept my shoes on at all times. I will say that the TV and Wifi both worked and so did the AC after some coaxing. This property probably has a purpose but it's not for me.

Survived

Hotel can use major repair, multiple spots upstairs are starting to colapse. Police was at the hotel almost every other day. The rooms was ok, bedding had stains and cigarette burn holes, wifi works once in a while. The staff was friendly and helpful. The free coffee half the time too strong, other times it was so watery. Overall, the stay was as good as you would expect for such a low price. I would NOT recommend this Inn for those with children.

Mediocre

Laundry guy was very rude cussing at my girlfriend telling us to leave and he's calling the police because our room wasn't ready and we was sitting outside in the grass behind the building. Then harassing us every time we left or seen him. I will never stay there again even if it was free. I would rather stay in a tent behind the building

Never again

I would never recommend this place to anyone. The staff is rude and they creep around looking into your personal vehicle. They also will use their master key and walk into your room and steal your belongings.NOT TO MENTION THE AIR CONDITIONER IS BROKE AND THEY WONT FIX IT. The cable goes out all the time. They make up rules as they go to the point where if you want to bring your pet just for a night you can not because they only charge weekly rates for your pet. I was only bringing my dog up there a couple times a week then all of a sudden the guy stopped me and said next time u pay for ur room you have to pay for the week for the dog as well. So now my room is going to cost 283 instead of 183. THE ANDERSON INN IS NOT WORTH 183 DOLLARS A WEEK. The only good thing about this place is it is covenant to my job so I can walk back and forth if I need to.

What a joke....lucky we were able to get our money back....rooms are smelly....the “tenants “ they rent by the week and month.....this should not even be on Trip Advisor ....there were dirty foot prints on the wall in the lobby....

Hotel hell with smells 

First off this is no longer an America's Best Value Inn, it is called the Anderson.  I had a prepaid reservation and arrived at 2AM to a "ring buzzer for service" sign.  For over 45 minutes I alternated between ringing the buzzer, calling the front desk, and banging on the window near the office.  I finally gave up, but after observing the sanitary conditions of the outside of the motel I was probably fortunate to not have been given a room.  I can understand if the clerk needed a meal break or something if they had at least put a note on the window by the buzzer, but this was unacceptable.  There are other discount motels in the area that look a lot cleaner.  Fortunately I was refunded all my money since the booking company could not get them to answer the phone either.

Stay Away

After making a reservation weeks & get a conformation #, when we arrived we were told they didn't have it in the computer & had no rooms left. We didn't get a room & had to cut our trip short & return home.

Extremely upset

Waited ten minutes on attendant just to check in, had to tell him twice I had a reservation he said no rooms available, key card wouldn't work to let me back in room had to wait on attendant another 20 minutes, room had an odor, guest in next room had screaming children all night long and nothing was done about it over all the worst stay I have ever had
