My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at your Hotel. Thank you for your kindness. I would recommend this Hotel to family and friends. I will give you four stars 😃

Family gathering

The place looks like they may be trying to clean up. We had 3 rooms reserved. One the a/c didn’t work. The second was so rank to cigarette smoke. Funny considering it smoke free and they charge a refundable deposit to help prevent. 2 rooms had to be switched. One the a/c worked so, so. The other had a hole in the wall and was dirty. There were burns in some sheets and stained. The whole place wrecked of POT. Several people standing outside doing it, including one of the employees. 
They charge a $50 per room refundable deposit and we did not get it back. Have tried contacting and no response. So if you stay here, add $50 to your room stay. 
Would not stay at again.

NEVER AGAIN!!!!

We stayed over the Labor Day weekend.  Our remote didn't work, needed batteries. Phone didn't call front desk or at least no one answered if it did, couldn't tell.  Wifi didn't connect at all.  I brought the remote to the front desk requesting new batteries and towels and tp.  I was told they'd bring everything over right away.  An hour later, no one.  We stopped on our way out for the day and told them again.  Apparently the first guy didn't pass message on, so the second guy was told the issues and said they'd bring everything over that day.  We came back at 11:30 that night to no towels, no tp, no remote.  They didn't even come in to clean the room.  I called the desk on my cell and they came with the towels and tp but couldn't find our remote.  An hour later, I walked to the front desk questioning about the remote.  It was there but they hadn't brought it back.  My guess is they weren't going to.  We asked for a discount or refund and got nothing.  Was told they were the cheapest and we weren't going to find anywhere else for their price.  I tried calling to talk to the owner and no response from him.  We won't be going back to this hotel.  There are a lot more options in the ozarks that will get my money.

Worst customer service

This hotel does long term leases for those that are going through a rough patch. The Ozark Inn & Suites is not a clean establishment, nor is it worth the rate for the amenities it doesn't provide. You can find a better hotel at Lake of the Ozarks!

Dirty

Our family planned a trip to the ozarks for 4th of July our arrival date was June 30th. We booked  2 rooms at this hotel. Unfortunately we had a death in the family and couldn't go. We called on the 26th to cancel we thought they would understand and have plenty of time  in advance to cancel. They insisted they still had to charged us over $200 for cancel. It cost us over $800 to book rooms. We are still waiting to get our refund for our trip we call and receive voice mail. The few times we was able to reach someone the  give us the  run around. There's no way to contact someone in charge. I just want my money back. This place has very poor communication and doesn't obviously care about the guest or there refunds. I will never stay at this place! Would not recommend at all!

Poor service and communication 

The place looked kind of charming from the outside and the price was not bad, so we checked in.  Upon entering room 310 the smell of old dust met our nostrils--a little disconcerting but not overpowering--then, we noticed several stains on the bedspreads.  I entered the bathroom, which was reasonably clean, and saw that the toilet seat was not the right type for the toilet bowl.  The closer we looked, the more we saw wrong with things:  we decided to try and get our money back and go elsewhere, only to find that the receipt (which I wasn't initially given a copy of) stated at the bottom, "no refunds".  I told the manager that if we couldn't get a refund we would like a different room.  He quickly said okay and switched us to room 313.  This room's bathroom had a toilet seat that matched the toilet bowl, but it was only attached on one side, making it necessary to hold steady with one hand while seated to keep from slipping sideways.  We saw crumbs on the floor and our window wouldn't even properly slide to the completely closed position.  I couldn't watch the Olympics because only about 5 channels had decent reception, none of which I wanted to watch.  Also, the pool room and "rec" room were closed and were apparently being used as storage.  The motel information sheet inside the room invited guests to go to the lobby for free continental breakfast--that was non-existent, as was any possibility of coffee at this motel.  I just thank God that there weren't roaches or rats scurrying around, and that even though the manager didn't explain the process we did get our $50 cleaning deposit back after Housekeeping verified that we left the room in good shape.  Oh, and there was no clock-radio, also mentioned in the guest information sheet.

Atrocious lack of maintenance!

I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. The owner im guessing is a dishonest person. We had no hot water to shower in the morning. The smoke alarm needed batteries changed. He told us that we should have told them within 10 minutes of getting the room about all of this. Which I mind you we shower in the a.m. so how we know. JUST A TERRIBLE PLACE DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARN MONEY. WE LEARNED THE HARD WAY.

Terrible business

We got caught in a storm and decided to find a reasonably priced room to just sleep and ride out the storm before heading for home.  The amenities they claim to have are non-existent!  The pool was "being serviced", which other reviews had stated the same thing dating back to 2016!  The ice machine was broken, the continental breakfast consisted of coffee...shall I go on?  The comforters had blood stains on them, the mattresses DID NOT HAVE FITTED SHEETS, the beds were on exposed box springs, and the frame were 2×4's.  The bathroom was just above a porta-potty!  We had to ask for toilet paper and towels(never received wash cloths). The cable consisted of about 5 channels the rest had horrible reception or a screeching noise....ummm, black mold above the shower on the ceiling, and the place was filthy with soap scum.  Needless to say, we did not shower.  Had we not been exhausted, we would have slept in the car and felt safer!  I would not recommend anyone to waste their money on a "suite" from this establishment!  If I could give this a rating of a big day ZERO, I would do it without hesitation!  

DESPICABLE!!!

Cheap but not a good place to stay. TV was out supposedly due to a storm.  It has a pool but it is in a state of disrepair and probably has been for a long time. Pool area full of construction materials and pool not available. Thank goodness I had my own towels. There was a small animal claw in one of the towels.

Not Good

If I could I would give them a ZERO. They gave my wife’s room away before she got there at the 3pm check-in forcing her to scramble for another hotel and refused to refund her credit card. They said her room was flooded and then gave it to the person checking in behind her. They will not honor anything. Horrible!  Stay away at all costs!
