Would stay again if available.  Love this cottage and Kay..  She does whatever is needed to make your stay comfortable and relaxing. The cottage is beautiful with  every thing in it you could want. She was great to our pet

The room was spectacular. The Paris detailing was well crafted and very clean. Loved the mini kitchen and fridge and could not have asked for a better location. Pillows and bed were also very comfortable and the sheets smelled great! Who doesn't love the smell of fresh laundry? Bathroom was really spacious and the shower is beautifully crafted. Highly recommend staying in this studio!

Clean spacious and detailed 

The studio is extremely comfortable - everything we could possibly have needed was provided in this brilliant little space.the decor is very interesting & has clearly been created with great care. The small table & chairs in the courtyard outside the studio was a very welcome extra & provided a very pleasant place to enjoy our drink at the end of a busy sightseeing day. Best of all was the position - being a few yards away from Duval Street meant that it was ideal for seeing all the amazing sights of Key West.

Extremely comfortable, perfect location - at a reasonable price

Beware the cave!  The ground floor queen suite looks like it was once part of the adjoining storage room.  The only natural light is from 2 small windows up high from which you can't even see sky.  It is small.  The bed is a foot from the wall on each side.  It is noisy.  The air conditioner kept us up all night as it thundered into life.  Construction near by began at 8:30am with a drill.  Around 2am a woman in a unit above ours became hysterical and I wondered if I should call 911.  Not the hotel's fault of course, but insulation was so poor we regularly heard noises from the upper units.  When we first saw the suite we immediately asked for a different unit which was not available for either day of our stay.  Management explained the reason the unit was small was that it was the least expensive one they had.  With taxes we paid $300/night.  We considered abandoning our prepaid $600 and finding another hotel.  Our negative review on Expedia prompted an apology from management and an offer of a stay at another property gratis, which was generous and appreciated.  But had we known what the room was like you couldn't have paid us to stay there.  The upper units get good reviews.  The hotel is a block from Duval.  The kitchen, though small, was perfectly adequate and we cooked dinner both nights.  Guests may have a good experience if they avoid the cave.

Ground Floor Suite is a Noisy Cave

I booked over 3 months in advance.  The week before I was scheduled to arrive in January I contacted them to confirm.  No response to emails or multiple phone calls.  After reading the other reviews about arriving and having no place to stay I booked another room elsewhere.   They refused to refund my money saying that there was no cancellation allowed.  I'm out almost $1000
