I stayed at 2478 Sweetwater Club Circle #095. I rented thru IPG Florida booked thru booking. com.

The in process was really simple, they send me an email 48 hours previous to my trip with the code to the door and the guidelines of the rental.

Inside the house, you have a washer and dryer. A full kitchen with coffee maker, and dishwasher. 

My family of six, enjoyed the stayed and are really happy we stayed here rather that a hotel.

I will definetly book it again.

A nice quiet place to stay on a family trip

The place condo is clean, the pool is nice, the academy were closed for maintenance! Everyday the maintenance crew is working in outside, but they respect the time of sleep (until while 8 a.m.)

The units belongs to independents owners, I can speak by the 42 unit which owners are Jill and Dudley. The unit is very clean and beatiful, has all you need for your stay (sheets, towels and other items for room and kitchen).

The three rooms and living room are provide with TV.

There are many restaurants, Walmart and markets near by the condo.

Magic Kingdoom is less 20 min. and Premium Outlet Orlando International dr. is less than 30 min.

We stayed in family (Father, Mother and two teens) for 21 days.

Is Much better than pictures! Unit 42 is Very amazing!

We stayed in Sweetwater in a 3 bedroom. The rooms are clean and insides new. Nice people in the check in location, which is about a mile from the resort. No activities at the resort but it’s empty during the day. Repairs on the outside being done.

Nice rooms

Our condo is spacious and well appointed.
There are a few minor things that needed attention - light bulbs burned out, a couple of buttons on the microwave that didn't work - but all in all, a nice condo.
Close to Disney in Kissimmee.
We return to same condo every year.

Nice 3BR Condo - Very Reasonable

A great place to stay gated community clean villas Ideal for couples or families would definitely recommend staying here. Lovely complex with bot cold and heated swimming pools, the area is kept clean and it's quiet A home from home and not expensive compared to some places.

Excellent place to Stay

Let me start off by saying that I am greatful that I was able to afford the condo that was available. That being said I was assigned unit 2468 bottom floor unit 109 at sweetwater club circle. The unit had carpet and tile floors. The carpets had not been vacuumed. The picture shows trash and things left in the pull out couch that had no sheets on it. So that made me wonder about how clean the sheets and blankets left on the beds were. I have more pictures , but for some reason I can only post one. Let's just say I dont believe house cleaning done their job. The shower heads in both bathrooms needed to be replace. This unit is a three bed room with a king in the master, a queen in the second and twins in the third. The twin beds box springs and beds were so bad that we went to walmart and got blow up beds. They need to be replaced. The kitchen is very basic. It did have some cook and dinner ware, but not much. If you plan to make meals there bring more stuff. As they said there is no maid service so bring more towels and thing to clean, toilet paper ect. The good thing this location has stores all around so no problems. You do need a car, goes without saying right. However , the instructions about the sweetwater club rental dont tell you there is no oversize or RV parking here. The unit had a good working washer and dryer. I would stay here again. There is no play ground for small kids. We didn't use the pool, so sorry can't help there. The drive to disney was not bad. Just hope the next time we stay the unit  is actually cleaned . 

2468 unit 109 

We stayed here as a timeshare swap. We stayed in a 3 bedroom unit that was supposed to sleep eight.  Unfortunately sleeping eight would have been difficult since two of the beds were rolling beds with mattresses so cheap they compressed down to the springs of the frame.  Thankfully the couch was comfortable (not a pullout).

I wish I could say more positive things about staying here but they are limited.

Pros:
* unit was very clean
* lots of communication in advance of your stay - but you never see anyone

Cons:
* All TVs but one were for internet TV only - although there were cable boxes on every TV, only one of them worked with cable TV and the one in the room with twin beds only had a DVD player so my niece was without TV
* Mattresses - very cheap - master bedroom very soft, queen room was hard and twin beds were so cheap you could feel the springs in them when you sat on them
* High Speed Internet was only 1MB so only one room could watch internet TV
* Rolling beds were so cheap you could not sleep on them
* Location - you pickup the key at one property and your unit is about 1.5 miles away
* Traffic - Although the parks are less than 8 miles away it takes you about 30 minutes to get to any park because of where the units are located

Out of Date - Missing Simple Modern Expectations

Early July, we booked an AirBnB room for 2 nights in August and wrote a little introductory sentence about where we are coming from. The hosts seemed inviting in their listing so I sent a second message asking if she knew of any 1 day deals for the parks but no response. Mid-August I received a copy-and-paste message regarding a smart lock that we had to download and set up on our phones and to request lockbox instructions if we don’t want the app. I'm a little annoyed because she never acknowledged my prior messages and now I have to give access to an unfamiliar app? Nonetheless, I gave in and sent her our phone numbers for access. *crickets* 

8/21/18: I wanted to cancel the booking at this point but I gave it one more chance by letting her know that I am on a cruise with little to no access to internet so please let me know if she is getting my messages and to provide lockbox instructions in case something happens with the app. The day we get back to Miami from the cruise is the same day we drive down to Orlando for late night check-in so I needed to make sure we have somewhere to stay. I was elated when she immediately granted us access for the smart lock with further copy-and-paste instructions and recommendations.

8/23/18: We came back from the cruise with very kind messages from the host saying she had the room ready if we wanted to check-in a night earlier (though we didn't need it). She was also home to let us in and was such a wonderful host, giving us welcoming gifts, showing us around her home, and telling us about her expertise in Disney. Despite the living room not looking like the advertised pictures (more cluttered, hippie beach instead of minimalist clean, laptop work space stationed by the window), the room not looking like the pictures, the outside door difficult to close due to splintering wood or "humidity causing the door to expand", no lock on our bedroom door, informing us she writes in the living room late afternoon into early morning, and forcing us to use the smart lock instead of lockbox because we are young, we were fine with it. I've rented 4 rooms out of 7 AirBnB rentals in the past and never had a host be so present whenever we come in and out (previous guest review said they never met the host, the listing inaccurately said the living room is free because the hosts work in a back office) but she seemed okay.

8/24/18: There was another person renting a room so we had to take turns early morning using the restroom (downside of not renting an entire place) and I messaged the host before we left the house that the toilet paper is out. When we got back almost midnight, that was the beginning of the end. We didn't know the door was left open for us because she's in the living room again so when we pressed the circle in the app, it locked the door. My boyfriend stepped back after 2-3x trying to get in (we thought it was her door issues from yesterday) and realized that it was locked but she is already yelling on the other side "OKAY STOP, LET GO, LET GO!" like we were trying to break-in. Her face was pink when she opened the door saying "You CANNOT do that, you CANNOT do that. You will BREAK the lock". When my boyfriend tried to explain and apologize, she cut him off with a voice still raised and full of attitude "UM, NO. I HEARD you. You CANNOT try to open the door when it is locked, you will BREAK it. It is a $200 lock." 

She made us feel uncomfortable with her accusatory outburst on top of the little tensions since the booking so we left for a $200 hotel room past midnight. We were already flying back at 9PM the same day but were too flabbergasted and tired of tiptoeing around as paying guests. As we were walking out the door, she tried to say she didn't mean to make us feel that way and she can get like that when writing, but also unapologetically said that we should expect this kind of experience living in someone else's home and sometimes personalities clash.

I wished I booked a hotel earlier.

Excellent Location but...

Everything inside is old, they need to renew everything. Everything is dirty even the appliances. The beds are not comfortable. And the crazy thing is the guy that lives upstair. He makes to much noise. It felt like the ceiling was  going to fall. He makes a lot of noise at night. You can't sleep at all and it's every night. It's fine in the day but at night you just wants to go to sleep.  And what's weird to me is that it feels like he knows what room you are in and that's where he makes the most noise and when you move he moves and that's all during the  night like exactly around one at night . It's like I was in a lifetime movie. DONT RENT UNIT 61 SW . We rented it with RCI. THIS WAS A NIGHTMARE.
