The location was absolutely perfect. It is close to a few subway stations, Central Park and plenty or shops. The room was much nicer than I was expecting. The price was really good too.
What was bad
Some of the staff at check-in were rude. And I would have like to have a mini fridge and a kettle in the room. Just minor things - they in no way negatively affected our stay.

It was a great location and was accessible to a lot of sights in New York City! The staff kept the rooms very clean and refreshing daily.
What was bad
I would have preferred breakfast opening at 5:30 am instead of 7:00 am. We missed our breakfast opportunity one morning because we had to be out earlier than 7:00. I did like the voucher deal when we could take advantage of a beverage, bagel and fruit for breakfast.
