This review will be quite frank, and very detailed.
So I had absolutely no intention of staying at this place. I had booked a Comfort Inn hotel in Downton Miami (Port of Miami specifically), but the nice folk at Expedia decided not to tell me that I have to be 21 to get a hotel in Florida (which is actually not true, the clerk just lied to my face). So I ended up in a predicament where I needed to find a motel ASAP that would not care in the slightest about my age, and would give me a room instantaneously no questions asked. I tried a motel closer to downtown, but it got shot up so it was closed. This was the second closest option, so I ended up staying two nights here. The neighborhood is in a pretty inconvenient place, 2 miles west of Little Havana, near the airport (loud as h - e- double hockey stick), but honestly they probably laced the bed with horse tranquilizer cause I slept right through all of that.  That's a joke, but it is kind of concerning how comfy that bed is. Smells like grandma in a good way. Slept 15 hours. 
Swear the owner mentioned breakfast when I got there, his English was kind of broken, so maybe he was just alluding to breakfast places in the area, but eventually after enough bargaining he gave up his apple. (poggers).
DO NOT GO FOR A WALK AT NIGHT AROUND THE MOTEL, NOT ENJOYABLE.
Very clean, like actually suprisingly clean. No english channels on the TV, but the telenovelas dont really require a degree in Spanish so to say. 
Everyone's really nice. 
Housekeeping came in at like 2 pm the first day to clean, I simply said Estoy Durmiendo, and they picked up on my desire to be left alone.

I dont know what was in the conditioner, it was some brand called ocean, takes about 5 minutes to kick in.
The bed was comfortable, room smelled nice, everyone minded their business and was nice. Also a very spacious hotel room, has like 3 mini rooms in it (bath, bed, office/dining). Whoever took the pictures didn't do it justice
AC works fine, wifi is a little slow, but whatever.
Shelby doesnt know how to read a map, dont listen to her review.
This isnt anywhere near the beach though.
It's about a ten minute drive downtown, 15 to Miami Beach (3.8 miles, 6ish miles, respectively)
CVS and Publix nearby, dont walk to that convenience store Apple Maps says to, its drive thru only.
Basically, you get what you pay for.

I've spend two nights in the Motel with my son. Room was #10. Everything in the motel smelled old, Our bathroom was very poor and dirty with a couple of big bugs on the floor. Location wise is ok as it's 15 mins from south beach,

Poor cheap motel

I stayed at this motel only one night - thank god. Since I am working as a housekeeping supervisor, I could not believe how poor the cleanliness was. There was hair all over the bathroom, toothpaste in the sink. I won´t even mention how the bath mat looked like... I actually saw peace of garbage on one of beds in my room. Since I was staying alone, I chose the other bed to sleep in. Sheets was stained, but I think it was actually clean (washed). Nice surprise was amenities (shampoo, conditioner and soap).
In the middle of night there was some kind of fight in front of the motel. Someone was actually talking about calling police.
Receptionist´s english was really poor, but he tried.

This listing is incorrect. This address is NOT in North Miami Beach...Not even close !! This is a Miami city address/zip code, an area nearby Little Havana. TripAdvisor needs to correct this glaring error as it is highly misleading to travelers !!

NOT North Miami Beach !

North Miami Beach is appealing as much as this room. Sewer smell permeates through the city. The people places and things are subclass. Most home owners are deed stuck seeing property values have gone way down and if sold wouldn't buy a place in a proper place. Government and infrastructure is a disaster including law enforcement and crime levels. Not on the ocean as claimed. Railroad tracks highway and some distance from the ocean. The city sold the beach access years ago. Now owned by Sunny Isles. North Miami Beach is a total waste of time and money just like this room. All the better rooms are in another city as you can see.
