My husband and I stayed at 751 Meridian Apartments on our last visit to Miami. We like to stay places with a full kitchen so we can prep some of our own meals, etc.  We were very impressed by these apartments and would be happy to stay here again.
We stayed in a suite on the 2nd floor which was very clean, quiet and spacious with everything you could possibly need.  The bed was very comfortable, but felt more like a double sized bed than a queen sized bed. The linens and pillows were high quality.  Plenty of bath towels and beach towels were provided. The A/C cooled off the apartment quickly in the hot weather. Very well maintained unit. 
The location was excellent!  Walking distance to the beach, restaurants, shopping, etc. Cheap uber to get to Brickell.
Easy check-in with lockbox outside unit.  Cleaning service is provided Monday to Friday.

Excellent Apartments

It is very hard to find reasonable accommodations with parking in Miami Beach and we feel very lucky 751 Meridian had vacancy!

This is not a hotel per se and they will email you instructions on how to get your keys and your pass codes and such. The apartment itself is quite spacious with a fridge, eating area, living area and bed. I counted that if every room had a car they might be short a parking spot but we didn't have any issues. Note that they have parking in the back so if the front is jammed when you arrive just drive around. People also seemed to park in the handicap spot with no repercussions (but maybe this is your final option).

The location is pretty good, a couple streets in from everything so there is limited noise to affect your sleep. However, that also means that you need to walk at least 5-10 minutes to get to places to eat and shop.

Great value.

Without a doubt one of my favorite places to stay during my time in Miami.  Andrea and the staff were extremely friendly.  The location was excellent and the room was in perfect condition, very clean.  I extremely recommended. 

Excellent place to visit Miami

It was a great apartment. I would have given it 5 stars but the a/c was very noisy and we had a hard time sleeping. Also, no washer and dryer in the apartment or on site. One night the neighboring apartment building on-site dryer was running until 11:30 pm. The apartment was clean, fantastic location, parking (free) on site. Shopping was very close (Publix) and it had 2 hours of free parking. I would recommend this place fully. Just fix the a/c noise. The price was perfect for what you get. Big bed, fold out sofa, large frig.  Would definitely recommend.

Great place with small defects

The apartment itself is clean but basic. The location is excellent for the art deco area and the beach and offers good value for that. If you're in a ground floor apartment there is nowhere to sit outside and inside isn't that comfortable to want to spend time relaxing in, especially if you're using the sofa bed. The manager is helpful. It would be difficult if you had inconsiderate neighbours which, thankfully, we didn't.

Excellent location

If I could leave 0 star I would. 
Due to Hurricane Dorian threatening Florida our flight to Miami got cancelled. We tried to reach out to the accommodation and ask for a refund considering the situation. They ignored most of our calls, read our messages without replying and only dropped us a text to say they couldn't refund us. I wouldn't complain if we had cancelled for any other reason but clearly this hurricane was out of our control and the accommodation could have behaved in a more decent manner.

Extremely unprofessional

I just booked this hotel and have already had a frustrating experience. I filtered hotels that supposedly have free parking on south beach, because to me this is essential. Aside from the advertisement on TripAdvisor, as you can see on the printscreen, dozens of reviews reported the free parking. In addition, the reservation website I used also had several similar stories. I then had the unfortunate decision to choose this hotel to stay. At no time was the parking charge being described. In the email I received shortly after booking, the hotel informs that parking costs $ 17. When contacting the hotel, they inform you that the parking is not really free, and in addition they would not cancel my reservation for free because it is a reservation without refund in case of cancellation. Unfortunately, this hotel likes to treat guests like fools.
