Roaches in the toilet, bed,and frig. Mold in the shower.  Dirty floor. Tried to talk someone in the office when we came in from our event down the road. No answer until 30 minutes later. 2 guys later came to the room and 1 guy was very aggressive like he trying to come in.
Claimed they will refund the money, but still waiting.

Horrible customer service and nasty room!

Cigarette butt in the corner of the shower, ashes in the nightstand drawer, there were 2 bed sheets that tried to cover the mattress but bare mattress was exposed. Smelled like stale cigarette smoke. Wife and I got no sleep. Was supposedly a non smoking room. The bottom of the soap wrapper had a helpline number for sex trafficking. This seems like the type of place that would be going on. Walls must be very thin because people in the next room could be heard the whole night. I hope you don't make the same mistake as us and read the reviews! Never dreamed there could be a hotel this bad.

Wish I would have seen reviews beforehand!!!

First off the room was sold by Expedia at a rate of $120 per night, when I arrived at the hotel another patron was demanding his money back and said the rate for the room that day was $80.00. The rooms smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, all linen if you could call it that, had large cigarette burns all over them. We refused to sleep or touch anything in the room and had to sleep on top of the mattress covers in our clothes. This is hands down the worst hotel I have ever stayed at, this should not even be a hotel. It escapes me how Expedia would even list this and book this place at a premium cost. Do yourself a favor, sleeping in a dumpster would be far more sanitary than staying in this place.

there is no service they are rude and the rooms are nasty and look like crap, you have to change out your sheets and bath rags and towels your self and thy keep going up on rates but do nothing to make the conditions better

worst motel in the world

this was the worst ever,there were bed bugs all over the bed and the room was not clean.i went down to get my money back and they wouldn't give it back.this is the worst place i have stayed.this place should be condemned and tore down!!!!!!!!

worst mistake ever

Checked in at 11am, spent the day in atlantic city and arrived back in hotel room about 8pm. Took a shower and laid down. About 12midnite I woke up feeling like something was biting me!  Turned on the light,pulled back the sheets to find Bedbugs all over the bed !! I immediatly called the front desk to let them know. It was a nitemare trying to get my money back! Instead of crediting my visa, the manager double charged me! 3 days later and I'm still waiting for my money! Best bet is to stay somewhere else !!
