What was good

Room was quiet.

What was bad

Went to check in at 7pm, there was a post it note on the front desk saying “be back by 7:48”. Finally got to my room and the deadbolt lock was falling off. When I went to call the front desk from the room, the phone didn’t work. I called from my cell phone and was given a new room. When I went to my new room, the floor had limited lighting in the hallway (picture attached) and garbage/cleaning supplies sitting out. Once I was in the room, I called the hotel 10+ times because the deadbolt was half attached, there was no WiFi, and the shower door wouldn’t close but no one answered (this was over the course of 5 hours). The only positive I can say about the hotel is that the room was quiet. Would not recommend.
