What was good

I liked the location of The Hotel @ Times Square. A short walk to all the main attractions of Times Square was amazing.

What was bad

The front desk staff wasn't friendly. They looked like they didn't want to be there. Also they offered "Continental Breakfast". There was nothing Continental about it. Stale bagels, waffles and mini muffins. They had boiled eggs everyday. What about scrambled eggs at least? No kind of meat at all. I guess I was taking too long at one of the breakfast tables and one of the kitchen staff bumped me pretty hard. Didn't even say sorry. He too looked like he was fed up to even be there. All in all, I was ready to go home.
