I love this motel 6 . The staff are very friendly and accomodating . Ms. Shirley at the front desk alwys keeps it friendly , clean and is very helpful she also really cares for her customers and takes the time to help whenever needed . They really understand life and people here and alwys go out there way to make sure your taken care of and helped as well . All the staff are pleasent and make sure they do what they need to do and even then some . I also like that they have onsight security to make sure that we are all looked after and safe too. I never have had a hotel or motel be so caring about their guests and it's genuine. Also if you get a room with no microwave they have one for guests right next to the vending machines for guests to use free of charge . Coffee in the morning is strong and good which I love very much sometimes they even bring in a little extra for us like morning pastries cookies and such which is very kind and nice . When your here your treated with dignity and respect because they really do care about their people . There's a decent little laundry room on the second floor as well open 24hours which is very convenient. As long as your respectful and follow the rules there's no probloms . I've also noticed that if you ever need anything they are quick on the draw to accommodate you as well as any maintance issues ever rapid response in handling it whatever it may be . One of the best motel 6 I've stayed in with my family which is very important also kids and animals are free and welcome to stay and ya can't beat that anywhere Easy access to many restaurants and parks and a nice long trail for biking walks etc . Right up the road . I'd stay here without hesitation anytime .

Service is good

I was in a few weeks ago and was helped by a woman at the front desk and I think her name was Val or Valerie and she was great! So was very helpful and respectful. She went above and beyond to assist me with a place to stay while I was in her city. I look forward to staying again as we had great talk about sports and our kids.

I  prefer to stay here every time I visit and it never disappoints excellent customer service very clean rooms all employees always makes sure my stay is comfortable u wouldn’t dream of staying anywhere else.

Motel 6 in Brooklyn Center one of the workers Eve was very excellent place was clean they are polite I would recommend this to all my friends she always has the place looking good coffee is always early I'm one of the hardest workers here at the location

Twin City Express

I have been at the motel 6 in Brooklyn Center four times. three times this year once last year. the staff is so polite and they always have a smile and speak to you. when you let them know something is wrong they take care of it right then and there no matter what time it is. Although I live in Minnesota whenever I want to leave home this is where I will go. Hats off to Ms. Tanishia Woods And Mr. Shugg Robinson.

STAYING AT THE MOTEL 6 IN BROOKLYN CENTER

The rooms were clean it was very quite,the beds were new so real good nights sleep.The staff was friendly and monitoring people coming in.I have been staying there last 3 months on weekends.make sure you get a reservation really busy motel

Visitor

The picture of the place makes it look better than it is. Area seems nice. Front door a sign of getting run down. Upon checkin, both of us were asked to show ID, which seemed odd, paid $87 w tax. We were warned that the elevator was out of order.  As we walked through the hallway at 3 pm, towels were laying in the hallway and the housekeepers were quite loud, even with our door closed. Soon found out, that the only working ice machine was on the 3rd floor. It was to be a non smoking room, but there was an ashtray in it,  3 pump pots in the morning, not labeled, all had coffee.  When I checked out at 7 am, & wanted a receipt, the sleepy guy said, no receipts, everyone is automatically checked out at 11 am.

Surprisingly good sleep, comfy bed & quiet night

It is just not what it use to be at all /: we were there for a while and it felt like family.. things are changing in an odd way. Maybe for the better but it’s eh now. I avoid visiting and the energy isn’t the best I’m nots quite sure what else to add I have to type 600 letters
