Ann was so welcoming and friendly. Our room was spacious, warm and clean. Radiant heat is a nice touch. The towels are the best! soft and luxurious. And muffins waiting for us, which tasted so good after being out hiking. Beds very comfortable. Loved Ann and Autumn Breeze and hope to get back again soon.

Loved Autumn Breeze!!

After reading the good reviews on Trip Advisor, decided to book Autumn Breeze Motel for a two night stay.  Greeted in the office by Anne who not only gave us a warm welcomed but even pronounced our name correctly.  Room was spacious, clean and were left a few goodies by the owner.  The motel has only five units and everything is well kept and clean.  It's not the most updated motel but is more than adequate, comfortable and most important clean.  We will add this to our list of desirable places to stay.

A pleasent surprise

We stayed here to ski during the Christmas break (the motel is about 15 minutes from Cannon Mtn and 10 from Loon Mtn) and had a wonderful time.  Ann clearly has a gift for hospitality and provides thoughtful touches such as radiant heat in the floors and free beverages in the refrigerator.  The soft and fluffy bathroom towels put much more expensive hotels to shame.  When my husband went out early the first morning, he came back to find Ann cleaning the snow off our neighbor's car (without being asked) and she actually apologized that she had not gotten up in time to clean ours off as well!  If you are looking for comfort and warmth at a very reasonable price, this is the place. You can even bring your dog (we did and she loved Ann too).

Things we loved- Fluffy towels; exceptionally clean bathroom and room; homemade muffins and complimentary sodas and juice; warm, friendly welcome from the Innkeeper; ability to walk to groceries, restaurants, etc.; cozy and charming overall vibe. 

Things we hated- We only got to stay one night. 

It exceeded all our expectations, I will definitely stay here again when i come back to the White Mountains! 

Can't say enough good things!

A lovely small motel with 5 rooms.  The room was large with 2 double beds and a kitchenette.  There was a refrigerator and microwave, sink, dishes and utensils. The owner is a very nice person who adds a very personal touch.  There were complimentary soft drinks, juices, and muffins. We had a great stay and we highly recommend this motel.

Is it the ritz? Nope. But great for its price point. It was very clean, comfortable and well appointed for a motel.  Microwave, 1/2 fridge (complimentary stocked with soft drinks), coffee/tea and service for 4 dishes/plates/silverware with a 2 seat bistro table. 2 homemade cookies were left in the room on check in, was a nice touch.  Its location in the center of town was ideal, walk to everywhere.  Next door to a small market as well.  Can see why this little motel is always booked, such a nice place to stay in the area without breaking the bank.
