Very comfortable, well apportioned room with a wide range of amenities. Front desk personnel was extremely helpful in getting us checked in and comfortably situated. Breakfast buffet was outstanding with a wide variety of foods.

Satisfied Customer

Very pleased with this hotel.  The train station was just a 4 minute walk and one stop away making it easy and quick to get to the airport.  The room was extremely clean and much larger than we anticipated.  Multiple restaurants within walking distance made going out for dinner easy.

excellent and easy access to Frankfurt airport

Great facility!  Everything was spotless to include the gym and laundry room.  The laundry room was a bonus.  Relatively inexpensive to get all our laundry done.  Breakfast buffet was great and a value.

Gateway Gardens

The hotel was very clean and i really appreciated the service especially from the front desk and kitchen/restaurant staff. The staff were always willing to help and also responded to any queries swiftly. 

Clean hotel and excellent service

I can’t believe that this was a Best Western. I’ve stayed at plenty in the US, and they are budget hotels at best. I guess you need to go to Germany for actual nice Best Westerns. The room was very nice with great amenities - ample room, nicely updated bathroom (with non-leaky shower!), and small kitchenette. Washer and dryers on site. Restaurant served very good food. The best Best Western I’ve ever stayed at. Close to airport, a 15 minute walk to Terminal 2.

nice location; the hotel is near the S bahn, which means it is convenient to leave for FRA airport or frankfurt center; besides, there is a supermarket near the hotel ; therefore, if you don't want to find any resturant in the downtown of Frankfurt, you can buy something in the neighboring supermarket . the most importance, the room is very quiet

Great location if you have an early flight or like to be in close proximity to the airport. Taxi service to and from airport was immediate and inexpensive. Rooms and facilities are clean and in good state of repair.

Good value for the money

The stay at Best Western is Always good. The Location ist perfectly fine for early flights or late arrival. The Gateway Gardens are a new and clear and very save area with also a nice Park next to the Hotel. The Rooms are big and clean what Else can you expect more.  

Nice and comfy perfekt Location

Very close to airport. Would be nice if there was a shuttle to/from airport. Great having a full kitchen and coffee machine. Very close, 3mins, walk to supermarket for supplies. Helpful staff.  Extremely clean room with spacious bed. 
Taxi was about 9 euro. 

Fabulous Stay.

The hotel is located close to, but not walking distance to Frankfurt airport. The contact numbers on the website and Best Western reservation are incorrect. I ended up take a taxi to get close to the hotel and walk in the last 100 meters.  S-Bahn lines 8 &9 stop within a few minutes walk (Gateway Gardens stop). Once you get there and check in EXTREMELY fast  WiFi and a quiet spacious room await you. There is virtually no dining close to the hotel so you will need to get back on the S-Bahn to find someplace to eat.  No early check in was offered.
