Booking was easy! I was planning a valentines surprise and Stephanie was the one I spoke to at the front desk and she made sure everything was to my liking and explained where everything was and made sure to let me know how to get ahold of her or anyone if I had ANY problem! I WILL be recommending them in the future! Customer service was AMAZING!

Great for my quick getaway

Location was convenient, room was very nice with separate sitting room. Very clean, & comfortable  & quiet. Will definitely stay hear again when in the area. The price was very reasonable for the accommodations.

Inexpensive Comfort Suites should be their name. Beds were very comfortable. The room was very clean. QUIET TOO!! Had a separate sitting room. Definitely recommend this hotel. Front desk staff was really nice. 

Yes!!!

Decent hotel for the money.  Location was ok.  Hotel staff rude and not very helpful.  No lobby area and door to get in the hotel keep sticking.  Had troubles getting in sometimes.  Room was ok but sparse.  Could use a bit of updating.  Parking lot ok.  Decent lighting and plenty of spaces.  It did what it needed to do.

Overall this place served its purpose, a relatively long term stay in a furnished room. Don't expect anything over and above. It felt like the guests were just self governing minding their own business. Housekeeping is really up to you, I was told they only come around every other week.... Anyways, the room wasn't that clean when I entered which was a little disconcerting, but since it was during the whole COVID nonsense, I did some extra cleaning of my own. The front desk attendants, aside from the GM who actually seemed like he cared and wanted to be there, seemed uninterested in being there. Some loud neighbors, but what do you expect from a long term stay hotel?

Overall, like I said earlier, this place filled a need for me. It's an in-between stay for some, a short term living area for workers and even families. If you walk in there expecting that this place is more like an apartment building versus a hotel, I think you'll be just fine. Just don't expect anything over and above, you'll get what you pay for.

The staff downstairs at the window is always really nice and helpful. It’s a bare minimum room though, so don’t expect any amenities. 
I think that they should reconsider their take on the housekeeping situation, seeing how it’s a extended stay type place for many people. Especially if you have workers or families, particularly with pets, bi weekly is just not enough. As a previous housekeeper in a hotel myself, I also have to say that the quality of housekeeping here isn’t stellar. They keep coming to make my bed and then always take an item like a blanket that’s dirty and don’t replace it. Even upon request. The last lady didn’t leave me any toilet paper or trash bags and I had to run downstairs with my baby a bunch of times to get all the items i needed. I’m not ungrateful and I know this isn’t a vacation type hotel but I feel like as a paying guest you can expect a certain minimum quality of something that comes with the room you’re paying for. Other than that it’s totally fine. Some of the guests are “interesting” and a lot of them don’t clean up after their dogs outside, even though the hotel provides doggy bags which I think is nice.

Good if you need a place to sleep. Housekeeping needs an overhaul.

Front desk used our card to pay for someone else's room and they couldn't tell us how or why it happened. It's been 3 months and we've been given nothing but excuses as to why no refund has been given. Unfortunately I'll be filing a police report today as they still have not fixed the situation. I wouldn't stay here or trust them with your credit card information, they're clearly very incapable of good customer service when they make an error.

Very filthy hotel. 
Windows are so thin I could hear everything was going on outside even from a higher floor. 
Hairs on the comforter and gross stuff on walls and ceilings. 
Desk hasn’t even been wiped. Read about a lot of cockroaches and totally believe it, after I seen how dirty the place is. 
Smell of hallways and rooms was awful. 
Toilet kept knocking all night and was very loud. 
AC/heating unit unplugged and when I plugged it in it was extremely loud, didn’t feel safe so had to unplug it again and slept in the cold. 
Walls so thin that I kept hearing the person next door yawn. 
On the plus side, the hostess was very nice, I got there after hours and she was nice and welcoming. 
Overall do not recommend, this place definitely needs a lot of improvement.

DO NOT STAY HERE!  The staff is rude and don't like to be bothered.  Didn't even stay since we couldn't get into our room.  What I did see of the property was disgusting.  Do yourself a favor, drive a little further and stay by the mall, those hotels are much nicer and in a better neighborhood.

Horrible

Nasty hotel! The room was unclean. The floor was so gross you had to scoot across it with a towel under your feet. Speaking of towels, there was none in our room and when we went to get some we were told they didn’t have any. They gave us three of the mats and one wash cloth! Could not even stay there and absolutely would not refund our money! DO NOT STAY HERE!
