a crazy four days with lots of hotel visits - 10 hour days with a KAT lol - we are great - we love it here - two nites - great front desk service  and the best he let us in a hour or so early thank goodness have been traveling 4 days exhausted.  the room is great - clean and parking easy and bed comfy - disappointment stupid covid that i cannot go in the pool -  welcome to mesa.

excited to have finally arrived

Room was okay.   Had a microwave,  refrigerator and coffee maker.  Liked the tile in part of the room, the rest was very old worn carpet.  Nice location,  felt safe there.  The bed was a bit hard.  There is a cafe and bakery within walking distance.

Ok place to spend a couple of nights

I was able to do an early check-in with no difficulty.  My deposit was immediately refunded when I checked out (earlier than expected, but nothing at all to do with the accommodations).  My room was clean, comfortable and well lit.  To my knowledge everything was in good working order.  I cannot vouch for the coffee maker because I did not try to use it.  There was a crack in the bathroom sink, but it did not appear to be leaking anywhere.  There was a small worn spot on the carpet right by the door.

I would have no reservations about staying here again (pun intended).

The staff is great. The manager was effective and knowledgeable.

The remodeling to the walls is complete but the plumbing, carpets and internet service really needs to be addressed in order to come up to my expectations of a TravelLodge property. The carpet is both threadbare and carries that 40 year old motel smell. 

CenturyLink has not been a viable internet provider for years. There was simply no internet service at the property. The latency so so bad that I could even test the speed.

Ok but needs help.

In full disclosure, I got a huge discount on my 4 day stay through hotels.com, but I'm still going to write this impartially. This place is, foremost, an economy lodge. The carpets are stained, all of the furnishings are older than I am, and the color choices make your brain hurt. (Under no circumstances are powder pink, evergreen, brick red, and pumpkin orange acceptable together.) The mattress was hard and the day 1 towels in my room, of which there was an initial deficit, were so horribly stained that I drip dried rather than touch them. But here's the thing. I said only "My towels dont look clean, could you replace them?" to housekeeping, and not only did the towels in my room triple in quantity, but they were all spotless. As was my room for the rest of my stay. It's also important to note that despite the worn fixtures and stained carpets, there was absolutely zero trace of mold, insects, or other unwanteds. I assume the towel thing was a fluke, because housekeeping was extraordinary. The front desk staff was superb, quick to offer help and trip support. They're the reason I gave 4 stars instead of 3. But really, all in all, it was a good stay. Yeah, it's a run down motel with a lot of flaws. But I wasn't disturbed while sleeping, the shower was clean with excellent water pressure, and everyone did their best to make me comfortable. Honestly, if you're on a tight budget, you could do a *lot* worse.

Fair Budget Lodging

Check-in was easy.  The front desk gal was pleasant and helpful.  The room was older but clean.   Everything worked and it was furnished with what we needed. There was a fridge, micro and coffee maker.  We enjoyed drinking coffee in our room in the morning.  Toiletry items were provided.  The space felt like a little studio.   We arrived in the evening and left in the early morning.  We were provided with a non-smoking room.  The property was well lit and a quiet location.  It looks like they are trying to make improvements which would really spruce up the place and make it much more appealing to travelers.  We would have paid a little more if it had been  more updated.  We had a family emergency...bu have stayed another night if it was necessary.  We didn't see the laundry area...but that would have been a plus if we needed to use it.  It looks like children stay free, as well.  It's hard to complain much for the inexpensive price.  I can't speak for others staying there, but our stay was fine.  

Worked perfect for our short night stay on 9/24/19.

The room was clean, the bed was comfy, but no hot water! Don't know if this is an Arizona thing or what. The faucet only went half way, and the water was cold. Let it run for 5 min and it was still cold. If the water would've been at least warmish, I could have given it 4 stars.

Not hot water in Arizona?

No hangers for clothes, poorly patched hole in wall & bathroom door, Open gap between floor & tub, tile in shower missing, rug in living area thread worn & a part missing, tub slippery ( no safety mat) I slipped got a really good bruise.  Only one hanger for the small very much used towels, towel rack in sink area only had one side on the wall (missing bar & other side to hold any towels)  Had to ask for a blanket and then get it our self after it was not brought over.
Expected better from a by Wyndham signature.

Under whelmed!!

Don’t stay here, this hotel is discussing. The carpet is coming up around the sides and was so dirty I kept my sandals on at all times. The furniture was busted and drawers didn’t close. The bathroom door didn’t open very far as it hit the shower rod, which was bent causing the curtain to not close properly. The tile in the bathroom was missing pieces and had moldy grout. The bed was extremely uncomfortable with two flat, lumpy pillows. Continental breakfast was coffee with powdered creamer and a muffin. Overall the place was outdated, gross and uncomfortable. 

Total Dump

Rooms are filthy, breakfast is included in the price  but does not exist, beds are uncomfortable, furniture in the room appears to of been salvaged from flea markets and none of it even matched, Shower walls had holes in them, fixtures were rusty, overall it was a disgusting place to stay
