If you been to a place before and had a bad time and afraid to go back again. I've been here before and it was HELL! But after seeing some latest reviews about a new "OWNER & RENOVATION", I thought why not give it a shot. I was shocked of the genuine review of the community and it was just as they stated. This place have changed from top to bottom. I have met with the new GM and he said they are not playing cheap anymore and I can see that. They are doing renovations in phases and its looking great. For the price and product, they got my loyalty back again!!!!

Change & Renovated? This is what you call a change & renovated!!!

Used to come here back in the day and it was just a below-average, cheap motel. I came back now and it feels like a brand new place!!! Apparently there’s a new owner now who has renovated everything. It’s super clean and brand new and the breakfast was pretty good! People at the front desk were very nice.  Would definitely recommend

Brand New Motel

I ve been coming here for past year and see lots of change externally and internally. The rooms are great and renovated. It’s under a new management. The value for the price is great. Will come again.

Okay hotel fairly clean and no issues with room . Great location with plenty of businesses nearby. Felt safe here. The price is super cheap, if u don't like room they give u at first ask for a different room.. Give this place a try it's better now

Decent hotel with super low prices rooms are good, safe area plenty of stores nearby and way less than OC hotels

I arrived to the hotel and was greeted by the receptionist at the side window (Covid precautions) with no wait. Check-in was super fast and my room was super clean and spacious. I had asked the room attendant the next morning for extra wash clothes and she was happy to get them right away. Everyone was so helpful and I slept very well every evening. I will be back again.

Friendly staff, clean rooms and ample parking

We drove down from New York and stayed here for my niece's graduation at UMES. Got there two hours before check in time and were a really tight time crunch, We looked/felt really disheveled after drive for almost 5 hours, AND ON TOP OF THAT had to clean uo to attend my nieces' graduation. We explained out situation and requested the Manager to let us check in early so we can be on time. He was very friendly and accommodating and let us check - in early. The Room was cheap, very clean, and other staff was friendly as well. Highly recommend staying here.

Clean, Cheap, Great Service

An extended weekend and thought this pace would “do”.

First room...we went to the office after no internet access, no towels, and killing a roach.

Moved to the opposite side, was better.

But the maid never showed up... 



High hopes, dashed

The smell made me sick 🤢 Not to mention druggies hang around. (Don’t be a cheap @ss) like me lol 😂  I was hoping it would be nice from the photos but I was wrong! So sad that this place isn’t nicer it could make so much more money. Princess Anne isn’t much anymore and hasn’t been for a long time at least put pride in your business

Never again

What story:
When I pulled the shower curtain across the tub the shower rod fell off the wall
The diverter valve on the tub was frozen to shower, not allowing me to adjust the temperature before getting in.
The sink did not have a stopper, anything I dropped in it would have gone right down the drain (I did not drop anything)
There was no clock; with few outlets I had to leave my cell phone in the bathroom
There was no hair dryer, you have to ask for it at the desk.
The drapery was sagging and let light in
The furniture was quite old
The lamps were dirty and dusty

I have approximately 10,000 followers on Trip Advisor.  I have received supportive comments from people who read them, and I have NEVER had a problem with the integrity of what I have written.

My previous review was deleted, but it merely echoed many of the reviews up here.  The hotel responded/rebutted most of these, but frankly all of us can't be wrong.

The rooms are dirty, the "ammenities" do not work properly (such as the room phone and fridge).  When we called the manager and asked for a refund we were refused but were offered a different room, which we took.

That room was no better, and there were no linens on the bed.

I would sleep in my car first.
