We’ve been going to Provincetown Inn at the Cape for years. I have to say the new Ownership  has really done a great job. The desk people were friendly and accomadating. The maid was cute and perky. . I miss the morning breakfast buffet but its no problem. We’re here for the relaxing location.

Another memorable Vaca

Basic, but quaint, room. Very comfortable bed and clean. What made the room exceptional was waking out to the spectacular view with lawn and lounge chairs. 

The location is fantastic. We weren’t interested in staying in the heart of P-Town, but it’s so close. 

We were both surprised to find out the Inn is far more of a resort. The murals and lounging areas were beautiful and comfortable. 

The restaurant was also very nice. The calamari was over cooked, so we sent it back. The next evening we heard the waitress telling other customers they were out, which means they did the right thing and pitched them. The wings were good. Our dinners were delicious. 

Breakfast buffet was also great. Especially for a buffet. 

We didn’t go to the pool because it was too late in the season, but we heard it is a lot of fun in season. 

We are already planning our next return trip.

Beautiful views, convenient location, small but quaint room.  Definitely returning.

David the manager is wonderful! I haven’t ever felt so welcomed to a place in my life. Everyone is smiling and happy and the place in extremely clean. They have a restaurant and bar…beautiful lobby, pool and beach as well as great views. Can’t wait to come back!

Wonderful!

We spent a relaxing two weeks last month at the Provincetown Inn - our home away from home when we make our annual trek to the Cape.  The property has been refreshed and was clean and well taken care of and, once we had checked in and received our parking pass, we immediately began to lose the tension we brought with us from NYC.  As usual, the staff was incredibly pleasant and very attentive, one housekeeper even going so far as to check through her vacuum bag when we thought we'd lost an earring which was later discovered elsewhere.  We had two very pleasant buffet breakfasts in the dining room and otherwise enjoyed the view from the private patio outside our Cape Tip room both in the morning and again in the evening for a glass of wine before dinner.  The location of this property is perfect for us - a mere 15-minute walk from the center of town, but far enough out to  get away from the hustle and noise.  Year after year, we return to the Provincetown Inn and wouldn't think of staying anywhere else.  Thank you to the staff and management for a great stay and we look forward to seeing you again in 2023!

Another fantastic stay!

This place is the best! I stay here every year. Walk out your room onto a great private beach or mosey over to the pool with it's tiki bar and snack shack. Walk to the end of the driveway to catch the shuttle into town. I park my car when I get there and it doesn't move until I head for home. 
Great staff, great breakfast; stop in the lounge for a nightcap before heading to your very comfortable room. Good WIFI reception.

This place has it all!

Hugecand well maintained hotel in front of the ocean, at the end of the famous commercial street, with a large park ( unique in provincetown).
Large, well furnished and clean room. Nice service. Really worth a stay for more than one night, which was our stay

Comfortable hotel with park in Provincetown

This is my second stay at Provincetown Inn. I stayed in the Cape Tip room which is facing the expansive view of the ocean. The rooms are nice, clean and have everything you want. The TV is HD with a good selection of channels. Wifi is good too. The Inn has a private beach and a nice pool. They also serve coffee every morning. It is about a mile from downtown Provincetown and right by the Inn are the beautiful salt marshes. Herring Cove and Race Point beaches are about a mile away but you will need to be aware of shark warnings. There are lots of great restaurants. in the area and the Inn also has their own.

As guests at the Inn’s sister property (the Dune crest Inn in North Truro), we dined at the P’town  Inn’s restaurant. We were greeted by the night manager, David Lemaire. He graciously provided a brief tour of the property and saw that we were comfortably seated, even returning later to check in with us. Fine, caring attention from management.

We stayed here for a three-night getaway and everything here was perfect. Love the location where it seems all the rooms have a water view. Our room faced the 'breakwater'--very peaceful. Check in was probably the warmest, most friendly we've ever experienced. The facility is quite large and features pool, restaurant, bar, breakfast room, bikes and more. Our room was very, very nice--updated bathroom, super clean, comfortable beds/pillows. And all this just a short walk into town, or a short walk to the beach. The pool area is fun and has a bar and outdoor dining (and the food here is good!!)  We did the breakfast buffet one morning--it was just okay. Will certainly come back here in future.

Perfect in Provincetown

Nice hotel, quiet location, away from busy streets of Ptown, but close enough if you wish to join the party. The room was fine; we had an issue with TV not working, took a while to get that fixed, but everything else was fine. Plenty of free parking; nice views and opportunities to walk.
