A lovely inn, centrally located, right in the thick of things, so in walking distance to most everything on Commercial Street. The room was excellent: clean, well furnished and comfortable with a nice view of the water. The bed was also great, and the comforter light and warm.  (The heating system also provided ample warmth, warding off the chill of November nights). Breakfast was a do-it-yourself, on-your-own schedule affair, which suited us well. The innkeeper, Paul, did a great job of making guests feel welcomed. Highly recommended!

A Terrific P-Town Base on Commercial Street

I really enjoyed my stay at the Prince Albert Guesthouse in late September.  Host Paul was very friendly and welcoming. The room was nice and clean and you couldn't ask for a more perfect location in Provincetown. I look forward to staying at the Prince Albert guest house again.

Wonderful stay in Ptown!

I booked a week vacation at the last minute and was lucky to get a room at the Prince Albert. By far the most fun, relaxing, and enjoyable stay in my 30 years of visiting Ptown. The Prince Albert location is ideal - and this place is the most friendly and most comfortable place that I’ve ever stayed in Ptown. The guests and staff were fantastic - and I’ve already booked my return fir next year. I’ve stayed at much more expensive places - but I had so much more fun and relaxation here. The staff is amazing, Paul (owner) is exceptional, and I made some wonderful friends during the week. I will no longer stay anywhere else. After the wonderful week I had - I would only be disappointed at another inn. 

I had an amazing view of the bay and the activity on Commercial Street - and was content to relax on the beautiful front terrace. I’ve found my new home in Ptown!

Spectacular week in Ptown! My best week stay - in 30 years!

I recently stayed here and will absolutely stay again. Paul is very welcoming! The staff are super friendly and the breakfasts are great, just what I need to get me going in the morning. The location is perfect and you get a water view from several rooms as well as the front patio area. I look forward to my next stay!

Love this property and people!

This was our second time staying at the Prince Albert Guest House and as we enjoyed last year so much, we had just as much an enjoyable time this year. Paul and Trish are fantastic hosts. We loved our room, the accommodations were excellent and the weather for the most part was fantastic. It was great seeing a larger population of people visiting Provincetown and to see people smiling again. It's location is excellent and we were so sad to have to return to civilization but such is life. AND Provincetown is a serious Dog town ! Our two pups were on olfactory overload as we walked and I'm sure the hundred of others were too.  Family members also stayed at the location for a part of the time we were there so we all had a great time spending it with each other. Truly wonderful. We will be back again and again as time allows. Thank you Paul and Trish !

Wonderful as always !

Terrific stay in a wonderful inn. Great accommodations in close proximity to attractions, restaurants, and night life. Just walking the town is a treat. Friendly, warm atmosphere was just what we needed after the tough year that we all experienced.  Sitting area in front yard to relax and watch the world go by. The owner Paul could not do enough for us during our 5 night stay. Trish makes the breakfast and keeps the inn spotless. We will definitely return.

Post Covid Getaway

Prince Albert is a lovely B & B and Paul is a perfect host.  The environment is friendly and inviting.  The rooms are nicely appointed.
And, the beautiful patio is a perfect place to rest, read a book and watch the world go by.  So convenient in that it’s on Commercial and yet, it feels out of the fray.

Lovely as Always!

Just returned from spending two wonderful nights at the Prince Albert.  I was in Room #1 which is right in front and you can easily see the water across the street.  Room was immaculate and the bed was super comfortable.  I loved the high ceilings and historic details.  Bathroom was great and the breakfast was a really nice touch.  I especially liked the availability of tea in the dining room any time I wanted it.  The front of the PA is so inviting with seating for 7 on each side and the fires lit at night.  Parking was very reasonable and less than 5 minutes away.  Paul was always available if needed and the young woman in the kitchen area was so pleasant (sorry I didn't get her name).  I highly recommend the Prince Albert and look forward to staying there again later this year.

Wish I Could Have Stayed Longer

The room was large and very clean. You have a menu in the room for breakfast that you put in dining room hutch after filling it out  the night before. The food is ready at time you chose, mostly typical continental breakfast fare, as well as thick waffles.
 We had toasted bagels, fresh strawberries, yogurt, orange juice and a carafe of coffee.
 The ownwer/host Paul was very friendly and made suggestions for places to eat. We would definitely stay here again.

Very comfortable and great host

I've travelled to P Town for business for about 30 years and this time stayed at Prince Albert.  Paul, the owner, is wonderful and text me a list of the restaurants opened, since it was off season.  My bed was SO comfortable, the shower wonderful.  I usually ask for the quietest room and this time had a room over looking Commerical Street.
This was an added experience of watching people and dogs walk by while I had a great breakfast made by Paul.  Hope to be back again
