Staying here was one of the best decisions we made on a 16 day trip through New England. Our host, Greg, was warm and welcoming and offered wonderful suggestions for food and drink in the area. The Inn is close to everything we wanted to see--we walked everywhere. Guests fill out a breakfast order each day for the following morning--you can build your own breakfast sandwich (choice of bread, meat or substitute, and cheese. I highly recommend the brioche!) Everything we tried was delicious. We stayed in the Herring Cove room. It's small, but had everything we needed and more. Our room and the common areas were immaculately maintained and homey. Plus, we had our own separate entrance and private outdoor area. P'town stole our hearts, and The White Porch Inn perfectly represented the area's friendly and inclusive atmosphere. We hope to return someday soon. If you're driving, be sure to reserve parking well in advance. 

Charming Inn, Perfect Location

The White Porch Inn is a magical place in a beautiful location - walking distance from the beach, cafes, restaurants, and great shops.  We were made to feel incredibly welcome by the property owner (Tom) and by the manager Greg and all the team.  The Inn feels like a home away from home.  In addition to a well appointed, sun-lit filled room, you have access to a communal dining room, lounge and kitchen.  All the staff were super friendly and couldn’t have been more helpful in providing tips on everything from where to hire bikes, where to eat and catch a show.  One of the highlights of our stay was the drinks on the porch each night - it provided a chance to relax and speak to other guests from across the US and overseas.  Provincetown in the summer is an incredible place to visit - made even more special by the warm hospitality experienced at the White Porch Inn.  Thanks to Tom and all the team.  We can’t wait to come back

Outstanding place to stay in Provincetown

Love white porch inn. The staff are so friendly and helpful. They have a happy hour on the porch with some beautiful wines and we always meet such interesting people from all over the country.  So much better than an impersonal hotel experience. 

Friendly experience 

Awesome.   Stayed here last June and had to return this June.   The B B is well run and cared for.  The three owners are very personable.   The breakfast is great.  Delivered to your door at time specified.   Parking.  Plan ahead.  Only 2 spaces available for rental of guests. Walkable to Commerce Street about one block.

Awesome second visit

Beautifully restored and decorated. Charming yet contemporary. Lots of art. Excellent communication and welcoming hosts. We were arriving late and Tom secured a parking space for us across the street for the night. Great suggestions for dining. Flexible and quality breakfast options. Perfect quiet location, you can walk everywhere in town. Definitely take time to enjoy the front porch with some wine that is available. It was our first time back to Provincetown in 50 years and staying at The White Porch made it extra special. Thank you Tom and Felipe.

Charming

We took a last-minute, winter trip to Provincetown and decided to stroll around to find a place to stay. How lucky we were, then, to have happened upon the White Porch Inn on Johnson Street, just a few steps from Commercial. Innkeeper extraordinaire Greg gave us our choice of his two remaining rooms, both of which had fireplaces, TVs, and views of rooftops and the Atlantic Ocean. Greg provided excellent dinner recommendations within easy walking distance, and a tasty. breakfast was delivered to our room in the morning. We will be back!

Exquisite, welcoming gem of an inn

Only stayed one night (unfortunately). We had such a great experience--from a room upgrade (lovely room--exactly how you'd envision an inn in Cape Cod), to a complimentary glass of wine, to helpful suggestions, to breakfast delivered to our room. . .  We would love to return and stay longer.  THANK YOU!

First Class

We had such a great stay at the White Porch Inn. The inn is in a perfect location and the accommodations are lovely. Our room was the perfect size for us and was very comfortable. We loved the complimentary breakfast left outside our door in the morning and everyone we encountered was friendly and accommodating. A perfect place to stay in Provincetown!

Fantastic stay at the White Porch Inn

The saddest part of our trip is always the return home and leaving the White Porch Inn.  Come stay in a comfortable yet upscale environment.  Bring some friends or make some new ones on the wrap around porch or adjacent garden seating area.  The only time you will be sad, too is when you are leaving.

Annual Trip Visit Did Not Disappoint

This inn is exceptional! White Porch is clean, beautifully appointed, perfectly located. Our room had a great view, a toasty fire (which we used, as it was cold outside) and a jacuzzi bathtub. You couldn’t ask for more.

We loved relaxing on the porch, eating wonderful breakfast or drinking fantastic value wine available from the inn, and taking in the surrounds.

But White Porch Inn is so much more than fixtures and fittings. The people here are truly wonderful and made our stay. Tom opened a bottle of wine on our arrival, shared Ptown tips and recommendations, and we enjoyed sunset on the porch (and got a little drunk) which was perfect after the drive from Boston. Greg is a wonderful innkeeper - we forgot to order our breakfast every evening, but he always text us to ensure we got an order in! They went above and beyond, and were perfect hosts.
