It’s really pleasurable stay of my valentine nights at Milan motel. We got two room at this location one double and king it’s really nice room clean very good WiFi and friendly staff. Very convenient too access interstate and walking distance too restaurant and grocery.

Very nice place to stay in claymont De. This is the small property located in route 13. Also close to I-495. There is very convenient location for grocery to buy if you stay here for while very good service and staff.

Beautiful place to stay in claymont

This is the very good convenient location for long term stay. Everything is walking distance for you needed. I was stayed here for 3 months and it’s really very nice property very good staff and service. It’s small property close to I-495 exit 5 people who work there is very friendly and understandable.

Beautiful place for long stay

For a small motel the price is excellent. Were here working and  its not a 5 star hotel, but it definitly deserves a 3. The  manager and his wife are extremely friendly, professional, and constantly working to keep the grounds and the rooms exceptionally clean. 
All wood floors. New beds with mattress protector on it. They have a linen service where the bedding is immaculate, clean and comfy. Tiled bathroom floors, big tub and awesome shower head. Flat screen tv. Air/ heat are new. No complaints. Excellent location to the plants, food and stores. You can't go wrong if you are looking for a clean place to  lay your head down at night.

For cheap and half decent place to stay I say it's not too bad.  I wouldn't bring my kids or wife or girlfriend. But for short time stay not bad. Neighbors may look a little skeptical but they are really nice and down to earth. Motel manager will try to take an arm and leg but you can haggle him pretty easy over price.   like I said for cheap and short stay  only....

Give it some time

I guess my boss thinks its funny but my company put me up four three nights in this place. Habib and Dottie works the front desk makes the bed cleans the linens there the only workers here. The place was clean but there seems to be alot of as the locals call them`Claymonsters`. Toothless woman wanting to keep you company. Dont let them in they will rob you. Mrs dotty head already warned me.

I never seen a hotel in this bad of condition. It smells, there's roaches all over the place. Blankets were stained with additional burnholes in them. This place should be torn down, immediately. I haven't seen rooms this bad since I lived in North Philly Badlands.

Renter

No hot water to shower ,,no working bedside lamp, noisy neighbors. And no refund for bad experience .Had to go to desk to get a working bedside side lamp, TV remote didn't work. Went desk finally got 2 remotes, 1 to Chang channels on TV; onne to turn TV off and on. Ran water to give it the to get hot, never did. Just a bad experience.

Gross pit stop

Never ever stay in this place. Its one of worst places that I've stayed for the tenure I've been in the US. During the reservation, though they mention as smoking and non-smoking rooms, in reality, they are same rooms. The smoking rooms instantly become non-smoking rooms, when the room keeper comes and sprays the room spray, once you check-in. 

There are only 2 people to serve you. One is an old man and the other is a lady. Communicating with them is very difficult. 

The old man is one of the most pathetic person on earth. He has no basic manners. We just stayed 3 days in the hotel. Everyday at least twice, the old man just barge open the door, with his master key. He never knocks the door. And he always tries to peep thru the window to just monitor. The other lady, was not at all courteous. 

The fees were exhorbitant, and the rooms were pathetic. Its a dingy attic.   

I'm one of the person, who tries to adjust with the place, even if its little bit bad. But here I could not stay. Actually I was under a circumstance that I had to stay outside my home for close to 2 weeks. Fortunately, I did the reservation only for 3 days, and I had to vacate this due to all these issues. 

This place needs to be torn down and completely renovated and most importantly it should be managed by some good/decent people.
