Michelle and Jasmine were extremely accommodating and made my stay seem flawless and enjoyable. I would highly recommend staying here for either short term or an extended stay. The rooms were clean and the staff were always available when i needed something.

Amazing Staff

I had scheduled a stay at woodsprings but made the reservation after midnight so I had to wait till the next day to check in... I got to the motel really early and check in is at three... at 8 am I was allowed to check in early... my room was nice and clean... and I fell asleep immediately... the next day I was asked if I was checking out or extending my stay... because of Michaele and Christina I extended my stay for 28 days... they were very helpful and made the decision to stay very easy... I'm looking forward to the next 27 days as I work in El Dorado and am staying in Wichita... because the accommodations here make it worth the trip...

Need a room for the night for me and my 2 cats everything was clean and tidy and there was two security doors when you walked in from the parking lot great lighting in the parking lot itself easy check in and room was perfect great accommodation for 1 one night will come back if needing a good hotel on the west side

Good hotel to stay at no problems

The rooms were clean and the rates were very reasonable given the cost of other hotels in the area. Convenient location to the airport and several restaurants. The manager and her staff were both professional and friendly.

Great place for the right price

Clean,afordable,friendly staff great place if you have pets would recommend to family and friends it has on site laundry quiet staff is helpfull and curtious has a small kitchen and also has rooms that sleeps up to four so if you have kids and pets yoh can take the whole family its minda lime home away from home so if you are looking for extended stay hotel look no futher weather its business or pleasure look no futher woodspring is the place to stay

Good place to stay

It was a very nice hotel near to the airport. It was near from many good places like target, Macdonald and so many places too. I stayed there for seven days and it was very enjoyable. If i capable of travling again it will be my destination. 

Very good

Room was clean, staff very friendly and accommodating. Love that I can have my dog with me the only thing I can say I was to satisfied with was the high prices of the vending machines other than that I had a very enjoyable stay. Thank you Woodspring Suites!

Friendly helpful staff!

First room we were in AC didn't work, staff was short handed so the receptionist came and worked on the AC, STILL DIDN'T WORK. Next room was okay, great mattress. Sink stopper was stuck, couldn't use the sink but did come that day and fixed it. No BREAKFAST!! After hours no receptionist unless you called a 800 number ? On the main floor, doors slamming. Won't go back !!

Won't stay there again

We needed an inexpensive room for 12 nights - and the saying you get what you pay for is absolutely appropriate - we made this work - but it was not pleasant - we would NOT choose to stay here again - TVs being changed to digital - but change over is not complete -so we had basically 1 station and fuzzy reception - shower had no pressure - went to the YMCA to shower - thankfully we are members - beds uncomfortable - and we are not bed picky and they are still terrible - floors filthy - we got swiffer floor wipes and tried to clean them and it helped - but this floor needs a deep cleaning on hands and knees with a mop, soapy water and a scrub brush - our feet and socks were literally black after one hour - we wore flip flops at all times in the room - room had musty smell with fabreez and renuzit solid air freshners - when you can get someone at the front desk - it is rarely staffed - the best you get to your concerns is a weak, 'sorry' - DO YOUR BEST TO AFFORD BETTER - reminder to self and all - you get what you pay for - we paid the weekly rate - we cannot imagine paying a nightly rate for this room !

My wife and I checked in sometime in February and stayed until Sometime in May.
Dispute all the different thing we seen go on at the Woodsprings Airport we stayed because of the cheap rates and just minded our own business.

Let's start with Walking around outside the building, parking lot and little pond they have, you can find various different used syringes, empty dope bags and the occasional used condom.
There were always at least a half a dozen or more cars in the parking lot with people sitting in them for hours at a time smoking weed or meth or whatever else they were doing.

The housekeeping was absolutely horrible. I think in the time we stayed there I seen the hallways get mopped maybe three times. The parking lot never got picked up empty beer bottles and whiskey bottles and crap like that all over the place.
There's a truck broken down pickup truck in the back lot with flat tires and expired tags that sat there the whole time we were there.
I see other reviews talking about the smells, oh yes the smells.
Some of the smells are undescribable and quite different from one floor to the next. 
In the time we stayed there we got moved from the third floor down to the first floor the room that they gave us on the first floor had half eaten sandwich in the refrigerator. Not to mention the move itself we were paid up for the third floor and they made us move anyway because they double booked the room and we were the ones that had to move.
I can't tell you how many times the cops were there in the time that we stayed there.
There was one incident with a staff member and ex-husband or boyfriend a gun and some children that were being changed custody.
So the end of my little rant here we were asked to leave had a week left paid up and asked to leave because the front manager supposedly seen somebody at our door in the hallway past something and she just swore that it was drugs so she made us leave. No refund for the week that we had left even though she told me that she would refund it. After we got moved out and I called back to ask about our refund she said that there was $250 worth of damage done to the room. The most damage we done to that room was thumbtacking a calendar to the wall.
I am really really not sure why people don't see all of these bad reviews and take this into consideration yeah this is not just the opinion objective opinion of people these are true facts going on at the woodsprings suites airport Wichita. Eyewitness accounts.
I am really not sure how they are getting any good reviews on here or anywhere.
