What was bad

Overall, my stay was one of my worst hotel experiences I've had. Upon arrival the hotel desk attendant emphasized "If anything is wrong with your room please do let me know so we can correct it." He emphasized it like he knew we were getting a poor room and they'd fix it if needed. The room smelled horribly of smoke although I booked a non-smoking room. There were stains on the carpet and the window curtains. The bathroom has hairs from the previous guests. I will not be coming back. Stains on the floor, window curtain and bathroom.
