The room was very clean and the manager was very nice and help ful I would like to tell
My friends about this please when they come down to the boardwalk and close to the stores and walking distance from the boardwalk and you can cook your meals when you go shopping

Best place in seaside

We asked for 12pm check in and we were allowed to check in early. Pool looked great, though we did not use. Room was very clean and the price for the room we paid was less than other hotels in the area.

Nice Place to stay in Seaside

We stayed here for $50 a night. We we're just looking for a place to sleep and shower. Had no complaints. There were no bugs, ants or anything of that nature. Room was clean, owner was pleasant and we had no issues. If your looking for high class resort......go to a resort. As other reviews stated prices of $150-250 range are "in season rates" and ALL the hotels in the area are comparable at that price. Which is why vacationing AFTER season is a better deal. This place is located close to the beach which is why we went there,to enjoy the beach n boardwalk not to stay a hotel room. We would stay again next time.

After Labor Day

Hotel was by far better than where we stayed last year in Absecon, but it needed some help. The A/C was ok but didnt keep the room cold, and it was set at 60°. The furniture needed some updating. You could tell it was older or used hard and some pieces were broken. The shower was good. Had decent water pressure and temperature was good. Sheets were ok. Mine had a small burn hole in one spot. Negatives are that no one ever came to our room to empty garbage cans or collect our dirty towels. We also had to go get clean towels when we needed them each time. TV was ok but even on high volume was soft and couldn't turn off with remote. Bathroom had some black mold spots on ceiling. Outdoor pool was nice and clean.  Location was great for the beach and the water park. Guess not a bad stay for the price.

Very close to the beach & very nice owners. Pool was clean, but the rooms were not!  Room was dirty & infested with ants. Large gaps around the door & A/C unit.  Cut our stay by a day because of the poor accommodations.

Wish the rooms where as clean as the pool !

As soon as we walked into the room we knew this was part of the shore experience. Old & unloved is what it is, no $ is put into this place and it shows the recent concrete work was obviously attempted by someone with no experience, old tv/broken a/c everywhere.. The place is just worn out ... we should of stayed at Surfside or Glendale but gangs have taken over those places ... we did feel safe.

The musky smoke greeted us

The pictures online are probably 40 years old. This place is a real S-thole. The pillows are as flat as the cases (3). The controls in the tub/shower pull out of the wall when you try to run water. When the room door is closed you can see day light in the 3/4” gap. There’s NO control of the unruly guest making noise between 11pm & 3am.


Run from it

This property is filty. We paid over $300 for one night and found rat droppings in both beds. There was a dirty comforter, only two towels provided and a missing ceiling tile as well as a dirty piece of foam on the floor with stains of unknown origin. The guests were extremely loud all thru the night. We ended not staying here due to the filth and were told we could get a refund and then they never followed up on that. I was told the manager doesn't speak english and that's why we couldn't get a refund. I hope the board of health shuts them down. The pictures are extremely outdated. The property looks nothing like this now.

Would give a 0 if I could

My wife and I booked a room for our family to stay on 07/03/2022 here.
When we arrived to check-in at around 7pm and gave our names we were greeted with "There is a problem with your hotel booking! You need to contact Expedia!"
I asked why, and it was explained to us that your website had charged us the wrong price for the room. 
My wife asked whether the room was still available for us and we were told "Yes", so my wife went outside and phoned Expedia as advised by the hotel manager 
(I believe his name to be Hassan Patel).
I told Hassan that my wife had phoned, and was on hold with Expedia, and that as soon as she was able to get through to speak to someone that we would pass the phone onto him so that the dispute over the room cost could be resolved.
It was our expectation that this was how the issue was going to be resolved.
After a short while my wife managed to speak with someone at Expedia, and we went back into the hotel reception, and after catching Hassan's attention, we passed our phone to him so that the issue could be resolved.
I overheard him tell Expedia staff that their software is always giving the wrong prices, that there is a software error, and anyway he had already sold 
the last available room (our room) to another paying customer.
When he returned to us I asked him to clarify what I had just overheard.
He confirmed he had just sold the room to another paying customer, while my wife and I were outside his hotel reception area contacting Expedia, and that it was
all their fault, and he then tried to justify his actions by showing me an email he had received from Expedia stating that they were going to find us a room in another hotel.
I'm not happy.
I said "Look Hassan, you do realize that I'm going to give you a bad review for doing this to us?" (for basically selling the room we had booked right in 
front of us, while we were trying to resolve an issue that was not of our making).
His response, and I quote verbatim was "Get out! Get out you f*cking m*therf*cker! I tried to help you. Get off my property you f*cking m*therf*cker!"
I asked him how he had tried to help by selling the room which we were told on arrival was still available for us, to which he responded again with the same verbal 
abuse as above. His elderly father who was behind the reception desk had to block him from approaching me beyond the reception counter.
I left the reception area knowing that nothing could be resolved here.
Disgusting and disgraceful lack of customer service.
My advice is to AVOID this hotel.

Disgusting and Disgraceful

I am currently typing this review from a laundry room in another hotel. This hotel and its sister (Lafontana) were awful and so disgusting. I originally had a stay for 3 days to enjoy Seaside but I did need wifi in order to do some work. LaFontana's wifi was not working well enough so they moved me to their "better" hotel, Cloud 9 (the lady and her family member were very nice and accommodating - the owners are not)
This hotel was just as bad even though they all said it was better, and even with an upgraded room, it was SO disgusting! The smell of cigarettes in the room was so awful that I went out and bought $30 of air fresheners, Extra strength Febreeze, Air Febreeze, those car fresheners to put on their vents, and a Glade plug in. Even with ALL of them (emptied) - the smell was STILL horrendous.. It was so bad that I could not stay in the room, I slept in my car and booked the hotel I am currently in at 2am. The smell was so bad that it also embedded into all of my clothes including the ones that were in the suitcase, hence why I am writing this review from a laundry room!
They need to replace everything in their rooms including the AC units because the smell is part of everything in the room and will not leave. And again, I got an upgraded room - so I can only imagine how awful the other rooms are. 
Do yourself a favor and DO NOT COME HERE or any of their motels/inns at seaside. 

Additionally, their wifi is the worst I have ever seen. Barely reached 2mbps and it kept dropping with extremely weak signal (in both hotels).

Not only these issues, but they did not refund me, not even a partial - so I paid for 3 nights for no reason - I spent maybe a few hours there.
