This is the most fabulous romantic bed and breakfast ever. Yes great for honeymoon but so much more fabulous for a reconnect a moment to enjoy beauty and relax. Here you will fall in love with life again. The beautiful decoration of the Inn makes you feel romance and the need to slow down and take it all in. Breakfast is outstanding  a fruit salad will never be the same after having one served to you as just part of your breakfast truly a piece of art in beautiful dishes fresh fruits sliced and arranged with suck flare. Quiche becomes suddenly gourmet master piece. Strolling the grounds and visiting with your lovely hostess as if you are family will make you wish you had a week rather than a weekend. I cant express enough of the views from the patios porch and balcony. Dont rush your visit here . My intent was a romantic reconnection thank you trip birthday for my husband of 32 years we loved it. My only regret is i planned it as a stop on way to and back from florida to virginia rather than as a trip in itself. I reccomend  the Victorian Elegance Inn as a couples retreat definatly more over if you need a break for yourself book it treat yourself to the most calming relaxing interesting beautiful stay of a lifetime. You wont be disappointed and will return to real life  invigorated with memories of beauty calm and friendship.

My husband and I were simply overwhelmed by the absolute beauty of this lovely inn.
The owner, Angelina, was simply wonderful. She let us enjoy the beauty of her exquisite home and even took her time to take us on a tour of the entire inn...what a gorgeous place filled with antiques beyond your wildest imagination. She even helped to direct us to a restaurant for our evening meal.
Upon returning to the inn we had a sweet note asking us when we would like to have breakfast. What a breakfast she prepared...delicious and filling! 
Nicest, friendliest and most professional inn owner we have had the privilege to meet. This lady knows her business and is abundantly prepared to give you the best stay you have ever had. We had a wonderful time and will be returning to this beautiful place with its lovely owner. Absolutely Top Rate!

Most Beautiful and Elegant Bed and Breakfast Ever!

My husband and I are admirers of the lovely Victorian Era in history.  After viewing all of the beautiful Victorian pictures on the website of the Victorian Elegance Inn we decided this was the place that we wanted to spend our four days celebrating our 45 Wedding Anniversary.  We are so glad that we did.  Any one who loves the beauty of the Victorian period would be completely over joyed to stay there.  When we arrived we were greeted by the Owner Angelina, she could not have been more cordial.  She welcomed us and asked if we would like to see all of the Inn.  Of course we said yes.  It was so beautiful.  Just a view from the front entry was so breathtaking.  There we saw  a ornate swimming pool with fountains, a large pond with a pier and a gazebo and just acres of opened land and woods.  A perfect setting. The house itself completely decorated down to the smallest detail of the Victorian Era.  Just beautiful. And I might add, it was spotless.  I never saw such clean floors and furnishings at a B and B.  There are even chickens  with spotless coops on the property.  We had a very memorable stay there.  Miss Angelina could not possible do any more for us to make us feel so comfortable.  We loved our suite and private bath.  If you are an admirer of the Victoria Era, this is the B and B you would enjoy.   There is also a lovely cottage  built on the land overlooking the pond. A beautiful  Bed and Breakfast tucked away in the scenic country side.

We stayed at the "Cottage By The Pond" this past weekend for a girls weekend away from husbands, kids, and work. We had a really great time lounging in the pool for 3 straight days. The property is absolutely breathtaking serene and peaceful. You could not have planted this property on a more picturesque piece of land. The owner, Angelina, was very kind and accommodating. we asked her for several things from having the pool cleaned extra to zip lock bags and she immediately took care of all our requests.
The only cons we had were: the pool, although amazingly refreshing and beautiful could have used some maintenance (Lights and water features didn't work and the rocks around were starting to fall apart) I only mention this because I'd hate to see that fabulous pool deteriorate over time. The air also was broken by a previous guest which Angelina worked hard to ensure we had enough air while waiting on the replacement. 
Overall, I would highly recommend this place and would stay again if in the area. Thank you, Angelina for taking such good care of us!

Relaxing little getaway

We arrived for our reservation for the cottage house. Over $1,000 for the rental. Upon arrival, the owners were complaining about how they needed to clean the cottage to get it ready (we were not early at all). Already greeted poorly (this was our vacation and last thing we wanted was to feel bad about arriving to our VACATION), the next day the owners complained about us letting our dog out. This is a pet friendly location and we were simply letting our dog out (the location had chicken coops, etc). The owners told us we were in breach of contract (no contract was ever signed. We did everything over the telephone) because we were required to keep our animal in a CAGE the entire time. After 1 night, they told us we had to leave. Me and my family. We asked them to refund our money and the owners refused and even called the police! Police advised us we can file a law suit. But meanwhile, the owners had a new party in their rental right after they kicked us out!!! Which makes me assume they double booked. And now they have refused a refund. Instead, they offered a 6 day credit late in the year (obviously past vacation season). This is horrible. We saved up months for this. We took off work for this (and can't take off in the October compromise). I imagine race has something to do with this (as we are Asian). So long story short, unless you want to be treated poorly and have your money stolen (and even cops called on you) do not stay here.
