Cozy rooms. Very clean. The staff is very nice. Staff also named best locations to eat and things to do around the area. Mary and Bruce are very helpful. I’ll be back to stay. Showers are very hot. Breakfast was fresh and filling. They have a variety of things you can munch on the go or stay and eat.

The staff is always very helpful, I just love Mary,Chyane, Agi, and Corey all go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable during your stay with them. The owner Bruce is very nice and helpful. The continental breakfast is the best in town, the rooms are clean and comfortable. I will always stay here while in Storm Lake IA.

Storm lake Quality

The local was nice not too far from Walmart. The desk clerk gave us a doggie bag for the dog. The doggie bag included a toy. the breakfast was wonderful.  The manager was very polite mr only. We will be coming back when we come back to storm lake

Very nice

Stayed at motel for one night while on a business trip.  The front desk people were very pleasant and helpful.  Remodeling of the pool and fitness room was underway so I cannot comment. The bed was comfortable while the shower had nice water pressure.  I felt that it was more than fair value for the money.

Good value

Would recommend this location if staying in Northwest Iowa.  Friendly staff, convenient local location, Well-lit parking, Clean.  The rooms are good size and the heating/ cooling unit is very quiet.  Couldn't hear any traffic noise.

Storm Lake Quality Inn - Excellent Place to Stay

Staff is good, room was clean and kept so. Cookies! I require more than 1 wash cloth at a time. Solid parking arrangement. Boot brushes are good. Hot water ran out, hotel was full and I got done working late. 

Good

Room was clean. Most things worked OKAY.  The hair dryer did not work …there was a small refrigerator  and microwave. We could not figure out how to use the TV streaming service. 
  The breakfast service was lacking…just bread , no bagels or muffins…had to ask for hot cups.
  We’ve stayed there before and it was better

Putting our house on the market

I have been staying at this particular hotel yearly for many years. It is finally improving! Bathrooms were in good working order and clean. Mattresses are newer. Breakfast was good and staff was helpful! It isn't the most updated but it is good enough and they are taking care of the essentials. Overall this hotel is a good value and will continue to be my hotel of choice when I visit Storm Lake yearly.

Still renovating and no pool but room was  clean. New carpeting, fresh, new, clean sheets, fresh paint.  New and comfortable beds. Very friendly and helpful staff.  Give this hotel and new owners another chance. 

Great hotel and staff

It was a decent place to sleep. The breakfast was edible. Don’t know what more you want me to say. The temperature of the room was too cold and the bedding was not warm enough and it was noisy and I won’t likely stay here again blah blah blah enough said?
