Clean older motel. Everything worked great, and was quiet. Breakfast was the usual cereal, milk, juice, coffee, premade waffles, toast, and honey buns. It's right next to a Casey's gas station, and a very short walk to a good diner that serves breakfast all day.

Inexpensive, but still nice.

This was a great place for a quick stopover on a long trip. It is literally right off the highway but is placed between a convenience store and a corn field so it is quiet. It was clean, the bed was comfortable,  the wifi connection was good and the staff was friendly. Not luxurious but a solid value!

Clean, quiet & comfortable

After a long hard day on the road weary from fighting the traffic for hours and facing another long day on the road tomorrow, what I was looking for was a clean basic room with easy access.  If you want to pay much more for a chain motel that isn't better or one with an average breakfast at twice the price then feel free.  This is the kind of place that I use Trip Advisor to find.  Thanks Night Inn for a good stop over for the rest this old women needed for her tired and stiff body.

Great location, good rates, parking, and very clean room and bathroom. Everything worked as it should ~ lighting, tv, remote. 

Staff was very nice, courteous and efficient. Would definitely stay again and would recommend to my family and friends.

CLEAN! Would Stay Again

I gave this an excellent review not because it is the fanciest or most luxurious motel there is but it is a great motel to stay the night. We stayed there in December and January and will stay another four times in the next couple of months. Both times the rooms were very clean and neat, and the staff at the front desk was very friendly and helpful! Very easy to get to right off the interstate and there is a 24 hour Casey’s store right beside it. We would highly recommend this motel to stay in if you want a great value for your money.

Great value

I travel from Colorado to New Yorks and back in 2 weeks and this budget room was by far the best. Very low price, and very clean. Hot water and cable TV. Microwave-Fridge-good heater in excellent condition-nice furniture including small sofa and a couple of tables to work and have dinner. The carpet was clean, and trash cans available. Also hair blower-soap-shampoo-towells-toilet paper and also a ironing board. The room furniture is old, but I don't mater to me because is in excellent condition and CLEAN.

we stopped here while returning home from taking our daughter to college. I normally am a bit of a hotel snob and opt for the Hampton Inn or Comfort Inn but I promise you this will be where I stay on future trips through this area. The king size bed was comfortable, the air conditioner worked extremely well and the room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was available and was continental. I could not believe it was only $55 for a Friday night stay. There are 2 options at the exit-- the Night Inn or Super 8. The Night Inn was a great choice.

clean and quiet!

This lovely unique little village just on the outskirts of ST Louis is a little hidden gem. 
From the moment you drive in there is a gas station , a shop . Restaurant/Bar and the Night Inn. 
I was very pleasantly surprise when walking in entrance of the Night Inn , smelled nice , was clean, look very warm and friendly. The owner greeted me and checked me in with no problems and said hope you have a good sleep , she seemed in very high spirits what made me think it was going to be a night to remember. 
I got room 27 best room on the block , it was an entertaining room and I giggled and laughed and spanking good time. While watching the priest rev dan who is always a joy to watch and love how he spreads the word think it was channel 8 . Really touching, feels like he is inside you. 
Make sure you stay one night as the owner mentioned it is getting a bit of a makeover as they had a nice little investor come through who made there world . For would pick this one over any others . Lovely to see local businesses thriving at this spell of confusion in the world. Sure business will continue even after the a pandemic is over. Thank you for blessing my stay.

Sweet springs ! Always a dead good time!!

If you are into affordable, clean, basic motels, this is the motel for you. One story so no one is above you and your car is just outside. Quiet and clean. Things actually work, mini fridge and microwave in the room.


Close to ideal for a budget motel

We stayed here for one night on our way back to Ohio after visiting the Grand Canyon. We had planned all our other nights, but this one was sort of on-the-fly... I began looking at motel websites in western Missouri before we reached Kansas City, and this one caught my eye because of its rate and proximity to the interstate, so I reserved a room.

The motel is right off the exit, next to a Casey's and another gas station but not much else. It's a one-story, single wing building with rooms on both sides. A cornfield flanked the parking lot. The lady in the office was very nice, and check-in was quick. Our room was very spacious -- probably the largest on our entire trip -- and definitely clean. Some of the furniture was a little older but in good condition, as were some of the finishings, but it more than served the purpose.

A/C worked beautifully and the area was peaceful at night. Definitely worth the value and I'd have no hesitation about staying again.
