Hotel is a full kitchenette suite with all new amenities.  The staff was outgoing and friendly.  Hotel is under a full renovation and yet very quite.  Full frig and stove top is very handy.  All brand new.

Best suite hotel in Orange

3/22/24 -  Under renovation, in an isolated place. Kept well, renovation done well. Suite is big for two. It is nestled inside service road. Women staying alone may not feel safe enough. Close to restaurants, gas station. After exiting I10, need to come to service road on the west and navigate thru small streets and the hotel is at the back side. Feels like a remote place.

BE CAREFUL! My room was unlocked the entire day I was there. I noticed it the next day when I left and the door didn't lock. Staff had an attitude when I told him this and then fixed it. FYI At times there are sketchy people that stayed there ie someone yelled at another person in an argument stating "bye crackhead!" There was also extremely loud noise on a daily basis ie guys hanging outside yelling to the top of their lungs and unruly children and adults running up and down in front of the doors and banging on the walls.

I have stayed at a lot of hotels in my life and I have NEVER seen one this horrific.  This place needs to be shut down, immediately.  I am thankful to the very nice lady who refunded our money without a second thought - it must be very common.  We drove for 2 hours after we left this cesspool because we were still too skeeved out to get another hotel.  I still feel dirty and this was 3 days ago.  Would not recommend to my worst enemy.  For the $80 you will spend here, you can find a nice, CLEAN, SAFE place to stay elsewhere.

i have 3 dogs so we are used to not bending a little on nice hotels we usually stay laquinta and on occasion at motel 6 due to traveling for work but i really do think the crack head motels would have been cleaner. the owner is a drunk.  when we first got in room there was old pee in toilet noticed towels were dirty my shower was so gross i went to family in the area and showered.then a few hours after my tv went out i went to call them and the phone had no cord so i walked up there and the owner rudely told me maint man would fix in morning i guess they were all to busy getting loaded together that they didnt care they already got their money. then the next day i was outside smoking and the owner and maint man both drinking at 10 in the morning started fighting and cursing at each other we had enough and when we finally found somewhere else to go we checked out early and the owner started yelling about not giving us money back for nights we werent going to be there and how he was keeping it cause we had 5 dogs and 3 cats in room when all we had was our 3 dogs that were on paperwork my husband decided we would just loose the money and the owner followed him out side cursing at him because he had told him he was calling motel 6 complaints about how it was and us not getting our money back

Worst hotel I have ever seen on July 21 we stopped there since it was being advertised in triage and booking.com since we were coming from our disney vacation and kids were tired and hungry we decided to stop and rest we rented the room and went to go grab food for our kids as we entered the room it looked old when I went watch my hands the restroom was filthy shower was moldy rusty water was coming out of sides of shower toilet was filthy water was orange water was on floor kids were horified and we had them eat and went to let management know that room was dirty and unhealthy for kids the manager was rude and didn't want to return our money and said you been two ours in the room which my wife told him we just got In to the room since we had gone to get food for kids he was rude and returned only half he said we had been two hours in room which was a lie but I had no choice but to get what he returned this is the poorest motel 6 I have ever seen the room was 149 in exit 876 in orange run or travel the extra 30 minutes to Beaumont for a better hotel this one just plane sucks you won't be happy it should be removed from booking sites till they demolish it and rebuild it to code.

ahhh, you get why you pay for. needed a last minute room til I can check in to casino hotel on Sunday. This place is so creepy and the vibe is eerie. I felt like I was at the Bates motel. luckily I'll only need a few hours of sleep, plan to sleep on top of covers. room smells like a pack of construction workers. only book here as an absolute last resort.


Bates Motel

WARNING!!!! STAY AWAY!!!! This place is filled with patrons that are either prostitutes or have a substance abuse problem. Drug dealers come knocking on doors at all hours of the night. The ground is littered with trash, heroin balloons, animal feces, and needles all along the perimeter of the buildings including the second floor walkway. DO NOT GO BARE FOOT! In fact I wouldn't even wear any type of open shoes. 
We had a unexpected death in the family and had to bring our dogs with us. Motel 6 is the only place that accepts pets without a deposit. My husband and I have travelled all over the united states and always stayed at the Motel 6. Never once have I experienced what I did at this Motel 6! The majority of the Motel 6's we have patroned have been remodeled although there are some that still need to be renovated but, they have always been clean. NOT THIS ONE!
Aside from the condition of the outside grounds, the prostitutes, the drug dealers and the druggies; the inside of the rooms are not much better.
As we approached our room on the second floor we noticed that there was feces sitting on top of one of the air-conditioning units. The outside of our door had dents and was rusty. Upon entering the room we were hit with a musty mildew smell. The carpet was stained, had wear patterns and holes in it. There was trash under the bed, lightbulbs were either missing or burned out, there was streaks of some substance on the wall that resembled dried iced tea, the same substance was on the back of the entry door, the remote did not work, there were cigarette burns on the sink, the inside of the toilet was horribly rust stain (I hope), There was mildew at the bottom of the already stained shower curtain, it took 20 minutes for the water to get hot in the shower, we found hair on the shower drain, a large dead roach. and drug paraphernalia We turned down the bed covers to find stained sheets, so we went to Walmart and bought our own sheets and pillows then borrowed blankets from our aunt.
We had no other place to go because of our pets and I was terrified that I was going to get sick or worse my infant daughter would get sick. My daughter was only 5 months old at the time and she is a preemie born 2 months early so her body was functioning more like a 3 month old. She has a compromised immune system due to being a preemie. I was frightened.
What's worse is that the owners came to our door at 6am, beat on the door waking up us and my daughter. Chaos followed at my dogs began barking the baby started crying because she was startled away awake, accused us of not cleaning up after our dogs, and then threatened us with a $50 dollar fee if they had to clean it up. Not only had my dogs not been outside yet (IT WAS 6AM!), but the pile of poo they claim came from my dog looked like it came from a Chihuahua. My dogs are 65+ pounds! Their poo IS NOT small.
My advice for anyone considering staying at this motel is....
No matter how bad you need lodging, I recommend sleeping in your car!
I called the Motel 6 customer care line. I always got put on hold and that was it. I wrote several emails that contained pictures as proof  and have never gotten a response.
